ERIS
I sat up and covered myself with the pillow.
"What did I tell you about hiding yourself from me?" Nathan walked toward me, and I sighed in relief.
"When d-did you get here?" I laughed nervously.
"I just got home. Clearly, I got here at the perfect time," He looked down and removed the pillow. "I was enjoying the show,"
I didn't feel in the mood anymore. Considering I was feeling hot for his brother and that Nathan almost gave me a heart attack. He inserted his fingers in me, and I threw my head back.
"Fuck," I moaned. He started thrusting them slowly, and I fell back onto the bed. I grabbed the pillow and put it over my face again. I was almost done, so it wasn't a surprise when I reached a climax and released it all over his fingers.
"Why would you cover your face?" He asked.
I sat up, setting the pillow to the side. "I felt embarrassed. You caught me,"
He leaned down to kiss me and said, "Don't be embarrassed," He said softly. I was about to lie next to him when he stood up and went to the restroom. He could've just told me to move away from him. I heard the water turn on, and I turned away from the door. I could hear his footsteps, but I closed my eyes. He probably just came back for some clothes. I felt his arms slide under me and pick me up. I opened my eyes, and he smiled down at me.
"Let's go shower," He walked to the restroom and gently set me on the floor.
I took off the lingerie and followed him into the water. As I washed my hair, he cleaned my body. I had never showered with him before, but I should do it more often.
"Are you feeling better?" He asked, and I nodded. As soon as I finished brushing my teeth, I went to the living room. Mathew was still there and frowned when he noticed the different clothes. I sat on the couch, and Elijah came running to me again.
"How was work?" Alana asked as she came in. She narrowed her eyes at me, and I sank into the couch."Where did you go? I needed your help feeding Elijah,"
"There was stuff that needed to cool down," Nathan commented. He put his hand on my lap.
Mathew chuckled and asked, "Cool down?" I nodded awkwardly and looked away from him. I couldn't stand looking at him after earlier's events. I could feel his eyes burning through my skin, and I did my best to overlook it.
"Work was good. I got that meeting set up," Nathan replied to Alana's first question.
"When?" Mathew's attention quickly turned to Nathan.
"Tomorrow,"
"Secret meeting?" I asked, and they nodded. I looked down at Elijah, who was watching a movie on his iPad. He never does anything else because Alana gets busy with Emma. Plus, Nathan never let us leave.
"Hey, Eli?" he looked up at me, and I smiled. "Do you want to go do something fun?" He nodded, and I stood up.
"Where are you going?" Nathan asked.
"I'm taking him downstairs and walking around. I know he loves riding the elevator," I said and grabbed Elijah's hand.
"Stay inside," He called out. I heard shuffling behind me, and right before the doors closed, Mathew slipped through. The doors shut, and he stepped closer.
"You know you shouldn't be going out with wet hair," He moved the hair away from my shoulder. "You could get sick,"
"I am not going outside," I stepped back, and Elijah started bouncing up and down. "What are you doing here?"
"I told Nathan I'll go with you. For protection," He shrugged.
"I need protection to be inside the building?"
He smirked and glanced at the buttons behind him. He pressed one of them, and the elevator came to a halt. I pulled Elijah closer, and he looked up at me, confused.
"What do you think you're doing?" I asked in a panic.
"I'm making the ride more exciting. What do you think, Elijah?" Mathew asked him, and he bounced up and down again. "Look, go to the corner. Let's play hide and seek," He grabbed his hand and turned him around in the corner. "I'm going to hide, and you find me, okay? Just wait there and start counting.
He walked over to me and pinned me against the wall. "Why didn't you call me to cool down? Are you scared of me?" I shook my head, and he laughed. "Are you scared of Nathan?" I shook my head again, and he brought his face close to mine. Our lips were so close. With a slight movement, we would be kissing. He placed his hand on my hips, and my breath hitched. "Are you not curious about how it feels with me?"
I felt someone tugging my pant, and I pushed Mathew back just enough to see Elijah pointing at me. "Found you!" He laughed.
"Yes, you did!" I bent down to pick him up. I looked over at Mathew, and he clicked the button for the elevator again. The doors opened, and I walked out.
"Where should we go next?" I asked Elijah. I didn't have to look back to know Mathew was coming. I can hear his heavy footsteps following close.
I got close to the front door and breathed in the extraordinary scent of rain. I glanced back, and Mathew was sitting at a safe distance, watching us. I sat on the couches beside the window and watched as people walked by, just like old times.
"Have you ever played in the rain?" Elijah looked up at me and shook his head.
"Do you want to?" He shook his head again and rubbed his eyes.
"Sick," He pointed outside. He isn't wrong. I wish the building had other stuff to do, like an indoor playground. Elijah laid his head on my lap and watched two birds hiding from the rain and fighting for a piece of bread.
"You have a beautiful child," I looked up and saw a guy around my age smiling at me.
"He's not mine," I played with Elijah's hair, and the guy looked confused. "He's my friend's child. I'm helping her take care of him,"
He laughed, "For a second there, I thought you had a stranger's child on your lap," He pointed at the spot next to me, and I nodded.
He extended his arm out as he took a seat. "Brandon,"
"Eris," I smiled and shook his hand.
"What brings you here?" He questioned. I looked back and saw Mathew wasn't in his seat anymore.
"Uhm, just waiting for someone. You?" He was smiling at me the entire time. He scooted a little closer and pointed outside.
"I got caught in the rain," He turned to look at me and smirked. "I'm just enjoying the view,"
"Captivating, isn't she?" a voice said behind us. We looked over, and Mathew was standing there with his arms crossed.
"I'm sorry, who are you?" Brandon asked and looked between us. Mathew picked up Elijah and grabbed my arm to stand me up.
"Who's this?" He asked, disregarding Brandon's question.
I removed my arm from his grip and turned away from him. I shot an apologetic look at Brandon and said, "I'm so sorry I have to go,"
"Do you know him?" He stood up, and Mathew stepped forward.
"Who said you can talk?" I placed my arm in front of him and smiled awkwardly at Brandon.
"It was nice meeting you," I turned us around, and I heard a scoff behind me. Mathew wrapped his arm around my waist and shouted over his shoulder.
"Keep your horny ass away from her next time. You got that?"
A few people turned around, and I felt my cheeks heat up. I came to get away from the drama, but it appears as if drama follows me everywhere. And its name is Mathew.
