Here are a few more insights I have gained in therapy or otherwise. The first one is my favorite quote from a movie. It helps me when I am dealing with moronic social situations, especially concerning interactions with foolish authority figures misusing their power. The rest are things I have taken from receiving helpful counseling in competent, mental health environments. It took a long time to get to the people who actually knew what they were talking about, hence why I put the funny quote first.
