134 AC - The Sky Above Blackwater Bay
When Visenya had been away at war, she could ride Morghon anytime she wanted to. Both of them enjoyed taking rides away from the fights; the salty air of Ironman's Bay and Sunset Bay would remind them of the flights they would take over Blackwater Bay when they were younger.
Visenya removes the belt keeping her locked to the saddle, slowly raising herself off of it. Visenya trusts Morghon with her life and knows that he will listen to the commands she gives him. She can also sense that he is just enjoying gilding at the moment. She slowly brings her feet up onto the saddle. Morghon is big enough that Visenya could walk along his back with room to spare. Visenya wants to strengthen the bond between them and ensure they are one with another.
Visenya stands on the saddle, not having enough courage to walk along the dragon's back yet, but she hopes that one day she will be able to do so without any fear. A dragon whistle makes Visenya sit back down and lock herself into the saddle. She does so just in time because Morghon takes a deep dive.
There is only one dragon that Visenya knows that makes that whistling sound.
The unmistakable dragon known as Caraxes flies next to Morghon and Visenya. Visenya can spot his rider pointing to a distant island, and she knows that she should land or Morghon will become agitated and attack Caraxes for flying too close to them. Visenya must have flown too close to Dragonstone to catch up in her head to realize where they had been flying.
Morghon lands on the beach, and Visenya quickly dismounts the dragon, ready to yell at Daemon for being so reckless and stupid. Daemon has also gotten off his dragon and is walking towards Visenya, and before she can yell at him, he pulls her into a hug.
His daughter is safe.
Visenya stiffens at Daemon's touch, waiting for him to remove himself from her. Daemon finally pulls away from the hug and can take in how Visenya has changed. He can not argue that the scars suit her, but part of him regrets not fighting her more on going with her.
As Daemon looks down at his daughter, he can help but notice a dark bruise on her neck, and he brings one of his hands to trace his fingers over the bruise, and Visenya pushes his hand away from her. She steps back from him and grabs ahold of her sword hilt.
"Who has touched you?" Daemon asks. He will not allow the man who has touched his daughter to live.
"I do not see how that is any certain to you," Visenya answers him, her cheeks flushing a dark red. She is okay talking about such things with Ben, maybe even Robbert, but she does not want to speak to Daemon about it. "Here, I thought that we might have a nice reunion, but I guess I was wrong,"
"You are a Targaryen Visenya. The man who defiled you can not be allowed to live," Daemon reasons with his daughter, but it is no use. Maybe Daemon should not have brought it up and just had a lovely reunion with Visenya. Perhaps he would have tried to keep the conversations on a positive note so that he might have had a chance to mend their relationship.
"You fucked my mother out of wedlock. So did Ser Harwin," Visenya points out. She will not have Daemon hold her to a double standard just because she is a woman.
"Visenya, you can not be doing this," Daemon tells Visenya, but she shakes her head.
"Why not?" Visenya asks, holding her ground.
"We are Targaryens Visenya. We must-"
"No, I am not. I am the bastard daughter of Rhaenrya and Daemon Targaryen. Visenya Waters. The Riverland lords would call me that until I snapped and stabbed the last man who called me that in the skull. I let him bleed out over the table in front of his Lord and friends, and now no one calls me that. Now my name holds fear in the Iron Islands and the Riverlands," Visenya interrupts. She has worked hard to gain respect from others, but she will not forget the words they said about her.
