Dangerous Lines

Part 1

Kensi's P.O.V.

"Kens, are you coming?" Deeks asked from behind the door. "Two seconds" I yelled at him. I sat impatiently looking at the white object in my hand. Fearing that two stripes would appear. My heart started beating a little faster, and my palms got sweaty. I swallowed hard. I felt so nervous, and excited at the same time. What if there were two stripes? What if it was positive? What if I got a miscarriage? What if I weren't able raise a child? What if me or Deeks died in the line of duty? What if Hetty and Granger didn't approve, of us having a child? And so on my doubts went on.

I dozed off, sitting staring at the white walls of my bathroom. "Kensalina, you okay in there?"
"Um, yeah, I- I'm fine" I answered him. I had almost forgotten all about the pregnancy test. I lifted up the little object.

My heart stopped. I completely stopped breathing. It was like time stood still. All of my thoughts disappeared. I was empty. No emotions no thoughts. Just a big whole of emptiness.
"Princess are you okay?" Deeks asked getting frustrated. "Kensi I'm coming in". I didn't even do anything to stop him. I just sat there like a stone statue. Frozen in that exact position. Deeks slowly opened the door, and stepped in to the tiny room. "Kensi what's the matter, why are you..." He stopped mid sentence, as he spotted the positive pregnancy test in his girlfriend's hand.

Part 2

Nobody's P.O.V.

Deeks took the pregnancy test out of her hand. He carefully put it down next to the sink. He placed his arm under hers, and lifted her up. She was like a doll. She didn't move at all. Just hung in Deeks's arm. "Kensi? Kensi sweetie?" He made it to the living room, when she suddenly stood up, and stated shaking. "Kens, kens. Look at me, Listen to me..." He tried, as he lightly grabbed her chin, but she took a step away. He walked closer to her, and tried to hug her. "No." She said as she weakly tried to push him away. "Honey listen to me..."
"No!" She said, as she stated to hit his back, to get out of his embrace. His arms loosened up, and she shook her head, as she took 5 quick trembling steps towards the door, with tears streaming down her face. She fled out the door as quickly as she could.

Deeks was left alone looking at the open door, that the love of his life just fled out of.
