Thank you so much for clicking on this book! This is my first ever time trying to write a story and I've had this plot going in my head since season 2 of Stranger Things released. This is my first time actually get the nerve to post something and I'm very nervous. This is a very personal and close story to my heart so please be nice. Notes for reading: Sorry if you don't like the format, I like it so that's how it's staying until I decide to change it. Italics are either used for titles of books/movies/songs or will be Jenna's thoughts randomly scattered throughout for a bit of her insight. It could be for another character, but that will be specified.

[Brackets and italics are song lyrics to help provide an idea of where you should be music wise if you listen with the soundtrack, which I recommend. I'll use this format for when I want a moment to feel like you're watching the TV show and it has a background track. Again, for the best reading experience, I highly encourage using my soundtrack to fully immerse yourself. I have full indications when you should start listening to music, if it's just a background track, and when the characters can hear it.]

I'm very happy if this story inspires you, but it's been years in the making for me, as well as my other story. If you find anyone copying this, please tell me immediately. I'll admit that I get inspired by other works too, but I never copy them directly. Don't do the same for me. I work hard to write everything and this is my story that I have rights to. Love you all, but don't copy. Be original. Copying is NOT Daddy Jenna approved and she will find you and attack you with her crowbar if you steal her original content. Another thing I never thought I'd ever have to say, but don't ask for my personal contact info. I keep this separate from my other social medias and I will NEVER share my email because that's personal and I think most of you understand that. Don't push or I will push back. After dealing with someone pushing me for it, I'm done and will not tolerate it. It's crossing boundaries and if you have any questions, just ask in the comments or on my community tab. ONE more quick thing, I promise that I don't use AI for this. I know I use em dashes and shit, but it's just how I write and they're only present every once in a while. No AI could ever convey the fucked up shit I have marinating in my little noggin. I never thought I'd ever have to specify that, but since fanfic writers are using it, I wanted to let you all know that my writing is pure and untouched by the AI demons. Boo generative AI!

Note: I finished editing this story as of Nov. 13, 2025. Everything from seasons 1-4 has been fixed, but if you see any inconsistencies or errors, please let me know in the comments so I can fix it. I'll also be uploading Alice Bonus Chapters for milestones on the story. Currently doing one last overall edit of the story. Season 5 has yet to be edited at all as of writing this. This is also up on ao3 if you prefer reading on there under the same title and same username. Any comments made on the story before editing may get moved to the general comment section so if you're rereading and are a commenter, please feel free to recomment on the paragraph you intend.
