Back at the Owl House, Hooty was singing a made-up song to himself to pass the time until Eda gets back. "And a hoot hoot here and a hoot hoot there, here a hoot, there a hoot, everywhere a hoot hoot, old owl house had a Hooty, hoot hoot hoot," sang Hooty with a sarcastic voice. Eda had left early that morning before the sun fully raised and by now it was already three hours past nightfall. "Where is she, I'm so bored!" shouted Hooty as he stretched his neck and laid his head on the ground.

"I'm right here Hooty, no need to be so dramatic" came a voice above Hooty. Looking up Hooty saw Eda flying down on her staff and landing on the ground. Excitedly Hooty stretched his neck out even more and wrapped himself around Eda "But I love drama, hoot," said Hooty as he nuzzled Eda's check. "Not now Hooty, we have gust," stated Eda as she pushed Hooty's head away from her. "We do?" Hooty asked as he released Eda from his hug.

He then notices the two demons in one of Eda's arms and in the sling around her neck. "Who are these two and what happened to this one?" asked Hooty as he brought his face close to the unconscious demon in the sling. "The Emperor's Coven that's what," Eda said as she walked past Hooty and to the door. Hooty then open the door for them and watched as they went inside. "I need you to keep a lookout for them tonight in case they try another hair brain scheme," Eda said as she turned to look at Hooty. "You can count on me, hoot," Hooty said as he closed the door, and began his nighty watch.

Once the door was closed Owlbert turned into his owl form and flew off into the house. Eda then knelt down and put the little titan that was in her arms down on the floor. She then got back up, walked over to the living room couch, and laid the unconscious on the sofa after removing them from the sling. After a few minutes of waiting, Owlbert comes back into the living room caring a first aid kit and hands it to Eda. "Thanks, Owlbert," Eda said as she took the kit from the palisman.

She then got to work removing the makeshift bandaid on the titan. After it was fully off she made sure that the wound didn't start bleeding again. Once Eda was done she started to go through the first aid kit looking for some healing salves. Luckily there was one container left at the very bottom of the kit, and while she took the container out and applied the healing salves to the injured titan the smaller one jumped onto the couch to check on their friend. "Don't worry little guy, your friend will be fine," Eda said as she patted the titan's head trying to reassure them.

After that kind gesture, the little titan lay down next to its friend and fell asleep with its head resting on its paws. Once the little guy was fast asleep Eda went back to work patching up the bigger one. She got out a roll of bandaids from the kit and started wrapping up the titan's injury. She then took out two patches that looked like a blue hand with a rap around its palm and placed both of them on the bandaid around the titan's torso.

"Owlbert can you watch them for a moment, I need to get my books," Eda said as she turned to see the little owl flying in place. Owlbert gave a hoot and flew over to the sofa and landed on one of the armrests. Smiling at her palisman Eda got up from the floor and left the living room heading down a hallway leading to some stairs. Making her way up the stairs to the second floor and her room. Upon entering Eda's room you could see an assortment of chests and piles of random objects on the right side of the room, and a nest with a nightstand next to it on the left under a big window.

Eda made her way to the right side of the room and headed to a pile that was made of potion bottles, scrolls, and books. Eda knelt down in front of the pile and started going through it mumbling to herself 'Where are they' over and over again. Finally, Eda found the books she was looking for. One was titled 'Get to Know the Titan' with a picture of the skeletal titan standing up on the cover, and the other was called 'Legends of the Boiling Isles' with the title covering the whole cover in big letters. "I hope these have some answers," Eda said to herself as she got up from the pile and started walking back to the living room.

When Eda got back to the living room she saw Owlbert pulling a blanket over the two titans in order to keep them warm while they slept. Seeing Eda standing in the entryway Owlbert flew over to her and landed on her shoulder. "You big softy," Eda said while scratching Owlbert's tummy getting a hoot out of the little owl. After Eda finished scratching the palisman's stomick she made her way towards the sofa and sat at the head of the two titans. Once she was comfortable she opened the book about the legends of the isles specifically looking for anything with the titan or its blood involved.

After two or three hours of reading the only thing, Eda could find about titans is that their blood is a key component in Time Pools, it can open holes between realms, and it is a powerful power source if used correctly. After closing the book Eda reached into her short wild orange hair and pulled out an old-looking key that had a yellow reptile-like eye. Thinking about what she just read she came to the conclusion that the portal door she found when she was a teenager had titan's blood in it.

Eda then put the key back in her wild mess of hair and moved on to the last book about all the theories and facts that historians and researchers came up with. Knowing that the book would have more speculations rather than real solid facts she took a deep breath and started reading. After reading a few chapters into it Eda saw a pitcher of what some thought the titan looked like alive. The pitcher was that of a pinkish-orange ogre-like being with jet-black eyes, tusks coming out of both the top and bottom of its mouth and horns coming out of its head.

Eda then turned to look at the two living titans and then back at the pitcher and couldn't stop the smile that came to her lips even if she tried. "They definitely got that wrong YAWN," Eda said to herself before letting out a big yawn. She tried to return her focus back to reading, but no matter how hard she tried she kept on nodding off until finally, she fell asleep.

When Owlbert noticed that Eda fell asleep he flew off her shoulder and out of the living room. When he came back he had a blanket in his talons and was dragging on the floor. When Owlbert got to Eda he pulled the blanket over her left shoulder leaving her right exposed. Owlbert then flew over to Eda's right shoulder and landed on it and made himself comfortable before falling asleep himself.
