Sans was surprised with how many skeletons actually showed. He'd feared more would be scared than this... or maybe they were scared and wanted to move on? Maybe they just wanted to support their Tine, who was raised by the monsters and had lived among the humans. Regardless of their reason, a lot more skeletons came than he was expecting, and Sans was ok with that. Sans was pleased to see both his ehas among them as he stared with pronouncing greetings and showing them the English alphabet, vowels, and a few other simple and important things that a kindergarten teacher would show their students. He didn't expect them to get it right away, no. They would take as long as they needed to get through all the topics for interaction with the humans and monsters. The sun was high by the time their first class ended. It was met with varying degrees of success, which he knew was going to happen. "Hello, Tine." Sans smiled and turned to Amiri. Her English was certainly more on the successful side of things. "sup?" He greeted back informally. "Our eha had brought an interesting question to attention, uha..."

Amiri explained the conversation that had been playing over and over in her firey skull since they'd talked. Sans's expression stayed neutral as he listened, though he was surprised and thoughtful and... something else he couldn't pup a name to. "So..? What do you think..? Are we..?" Amiri stopped short as she looked around for any listeners. "... do you see yourself spending the rest of your life?" Sans asked quietly. There was a pause from Amiri as she thought it over. "I could..." She decided softly. "I could live with you for the rest of my days..." She whispered in reply. She couldn't figure out what Sans was thinking. His poker face was still up. Finally, he made a gesture for her to follow. She did, as was tasked, following Sans from the Main Hall to the Tine's room. He closed the door behind him before turning to her with a very soft and very loving look. Before she knew it, Sans was in front of her, cupping her cheeks and kissing her teeth gingerly. She kissed back after a moment, and Sans' response was to pick her up like she weighed nothing. He had been waiting so long for this.

They bonded as a new couple then and there. Skeletons weren't exactly slow when it came to relationships. If you liked someone and they liked you back - wanted to spend the rest of your life with them and vice versa, you became Riryoo immediately. The soul was supposed to have really good instinct when it came to this sort of thing. Soulmates were an important part of their culture. There was a part of Sans who had felt he'd known since they were kids. He almost felt drawn to her for unexplained reasons. When he thought he'd lost her, it felt as if he lost a part of himself. Amiri had felt much the same when they couldn't find Sans, going back to the wreckage that had been their home. He and her father were just... gone. Moving on and rebuilding had been almost impossibly difficult. But here they were, now. Together again, in a rebuilt Allhallan room, Riryoos ready to change their world for a brighter future for all species that shared this planet. It wouldn't be perfect or even easy, but together, they could do it.

Sans couldn't stop kissing her. It was probably some side effect of their new riryoo bond together, but he wanted her close6 wanted to show her affection in the simplest way. Holding her, kissing her, things like that. But he had a class to teach and she had English to learn. So, for a solid few hours, they were left to suffer while class went on. Eventually, though, it ended, and Amiri cuddled back into Sans. It would've been embarrassing to the both of them if it didn't feel so... right. "Congrats on your new bonding!" Brushy- hell, all the clan - was well aware that if they weren't a couple before, they most certainly were now. It was something new to celebrate and talk of an heir surfaced almost instantly. Sans flushed with embarrassment when he heard the rumors. He didn't try to shut them down, though. If it happened, it happened. He wasn't opposed to being a father. The time wasn't ideal with what they were trying to do, but they had been through worse, so Sans didn't stop from being a good riryoo whenever she desired his attention. This was a good break in all the serious "bridging their worlds" stuff that was going on.
