"hey amiri, you got a moment? i need your council..." Amiri looked up at Sans and smiled. "Of course Uha, what's up?" Stars, how to tell her... "i'm leaving and i don't know how to tell the clan or what they will do without me." Amiri frowned. "W-wha..? I thought you were happy here? I thought you wanted to be here?" She didn't understand. Sans was finally home, why would he want to leave? "it's time for me and my bro to get going. he doesn't feel that he belongs here..." Amiri looked confused. "So you're just going to go with him? Even though your happy here?" Sans played with the medallion. "it's not that simple... he was all i had left when i was the only one... he was my world. i can't just... leave him. he needs me and i need him..." Amiri stood up and put her hands on Sans shoulders. "I don't understand, you're right. I didn't have that, I was always with the clan... but he IS an adult now. You two CAN live without each other. Just... think about it. It... it is your choice in the end, my Tine..."

Sans did think about it. One one hand, Amiri made a valid point. Papyrus was an adult and didn't need Sans... but Sans wasn't all that eager to leave Pap either. He was happier here, yes, but he would still be happy with Papyrus. Nothing would change that. If that meant going back to the monsters... he would entrust the clan to his eha's. They would take good care of the clan. Sans undressed from the clothes he'd only started getting used to and changed back into his old hoodie and shorts. They felt foreign now. Not normal. He had spent a hundred years in this hoodie, lived in it, died in it, gained friends and suffered losses. Yet it was foreign to him. A whine sounded from behind him. "i know... i'm gonna miss home too..." He rubbed Fright's muzzle as she came to his side. "i wish things had turned out differently. that we could've stayed here and never had to deal with the resets." Fright growled at the mention of the resets. "let's find my eha's. let them know they are in charge. then get pap before the news spreads." Stars knows how they'd react.

Brushy stared at Sans. "You're what?" Sans shrugged mournfully, though his expression showed none of how he was actually feeling. He was poker faced. "i know you both will do great with the clan." Sans turned away and disappeared. Brushy looked down. "I... thought he wanted to be here..." Amiri sighed as she stared at where he'd disappeared. She had learned how to see through Sans mask. She couldn't really describe the guilt she saw in his eyelights. He didn't want to leave. Not like this. He made a difficult choice, one he would suffer from either way. The Tine would learn to live with his choice. Admittedly... she wanted to see the monster world herself. Perhaps step into the shoes of her Uha's uha. A stranger in a strange place. "Brushy, do you mind being in charge this month?" Brushy looked at Amiri sharply. "NOT YOU TOO!"
"I want to escort our Tine, I will return once I know he's safe in the monster world." Brushy fidgeted nervously. "What about the humans?" Amiri kept a confident aire despite her nerves. "The humans are no longer a threat. I will be back, I promise."️⚜️⚜️⚜️
Sans found Papyrus with Champion. "time for a new lesson, you ready?" Papyrus scrambled to his feet. He was so happy to see his brother in his normal clothes. It was a great sign! "ARE WE LEAVING NOW?!" Sans nodded as he whistled. Multiple blasters came to their masters summons. "we are leaving, i need you all to go dormant." One by one the blasters disappeared. All but Fright who knew she was needed. "it's time for you to learn how to ride a blaster." Fright laid down for Sans to get on. "WAIT, I'VE SEEN ALL THOSE BLASTERS, THEY WERE ALL YOURS?!" Sans nodded. "all twenty-four... they were more bountiful when i was a boy..." Sans shook his head. "the first is always the most loyal. tell him to lay down. the most comfortable riding spot for both blaster and rider is right here, just above the shoulders." Sans demonstrated by slipping onto Fright. She stood up almost immediately. "RIDING... OH MY- UM, OK! LAY DOWN, CHAMPION!" The blaster followed his masters orders and Papyrus carefully climbed on. "hold on tight and keep your balance." Sans instructed. "follow me." Fright took the lead and Champion followed, Papyrus clinging to his back.

Like that, they were gone. Sans tried not to look behind him as Allhalla faded from view behind him. This was it... he was leaving it... again... at least he had the choice, this time. He chose Papyrus. "Uha!" Fright and Champion skidded to a halt as Sans and Papyrus looked back at Amiri. "I am coming with brother." Sans blinked. "amiri, eha, are you sure? the monsters live with the humans now. i know the scars still run deep, even in me." Amiri smiled. "I can handle it. I want to see the world you lived in for so long." Sans turned to Papyrus who was lost. "WHAT IS GOING ON...?"
"she wants to come with us. meet the monster and in extention, the humans." Papyrus perked. "NYEH! OF COURSE! WE CAN SHOW THEM THAT THE SKELETON CLAN IS STILL ALIVE!!!" Sans smiled. "thanks bro." He turned back to Amiri. "let's go then, undyne's a little rough, but i think you'll like them all. there is a human child living with us too. their name is frisk." It was only temporary anyway. "Thank you for the forewarning, uha." He tapped Fright's shoulder. "let's get going."
