It had been a long and busy nine months before Sans decided it was time. He helped his people to pack their belongings and necessities and helped them to keep the young, old, sick, and pregnant safe in wooden carriages pulled by his blasters. Of course, no skeleton had even thought to move an entire clan before, so the construction of the three had been all down to Sans' instruction. Sans couldn't wait until they saw their first car. Regardless, with all five carriages packed with skeletons and belongings, the clan said their goodbyes to their home, who had held 8 generations worth of skeletons to make a new life back with the monsters and humans. "alright, let's move out." Sans ordered as he and Fright took the lead in bringing them to Ebbot City. The journey would be long and slow going with the carriages, but he was determined to get back to the others by years end. Everyone within the clan started their march forward, headed due southeast to where there was snow. Something else that would be new to his people. Perhaps that could be the first story of the night when they set up camp.

Sans tried to tell stories every night so his people weren't running in blind when it came to how much different their cultures were from Allhalla to the humans and monsters. It was also when he got to spend time with the growing Triplets and Amiri. Unna's hair was starting to grow and take on a flame like appearance while Almendra, as they had suspected, was entirely composed of blue flame around her bones. Sans had a feeling Grillby would have a favorite, no matter how much he denied it. "Look at you, Mr. Silver Soul. Doing just as the legend foretold! Can I hold one of the papymas?" Traditional of Allhallan behavior, Brushy's child was with someone else, and while Sans and Amiri were more clingy to their kids, nobody seemed to mind. "i'm not the silver soul. i ain't tine fraktur... just think it's time, is all." Brushy hummed disbelievingly as Amiri gave her Sen. "You know, in monster culture, they raise their own young... if you ever need any help with Trebuchet." Amiri offered, but Brushy laughed and shook her skull. "No way... I can handle my... son. Your hands are much more full with three!"

It had been a month since a letter had come in. In the letter was one single sentence that had brought Papyrus to tears. Four simple words that had the King urging for the Allhallan's apartments to be finished in time. Seeing as the Allhallan's were so close to one another, Frisk had suggested giving the clan its own district within the city where they could settle in. Then, if they wanted, they could move wherever. Mingle with the humans and monsters at their leisure. It had taken some convincing on Asgore and Toriel's part, but eventually it was greenlit. There was even the Allhallan road set apart for them to make their own stores and stuff, if they wanted. Papyrus was extremely grateful and helped Frisk to plan with the best of his knowledge of his time there. He hoped that with all this... they would want to stay and moving in would be easier for his brother and family. Alphys even suggested that a museum could be made in their honor... to keep their history alive! Papyrus liked that idea, but he just wanted his brother to come home, first.

It was deep into the throws of winter and Papyrus hadn't gotten another letter from Sans. Christmas was just around the corner, but he just couldn't find it in himself to be joyful with his friends. He was worried. Terrified that something happened and maybe... maybe Sans wouldn't make it home. It had been three months, after all and there had been as least two terrible winter storms. Papyrus was in a Cafe, trying to get his mind off things with a cup of hot coco and a new puzzle the thought to construct. "Look, look!"
"What the hell is that?!"
"Mommy, can I have one?!"
Papyrus looked up as humans and monsters alike started to race out the door and gather onto the sidewalks. Papyrus frowned and got up to check it out himself, slipping past people to see what was happening. His sockets widened to see Sans and Amiri on their blasters, smiling and waving and bundled in warm furs. Behind them were five carriages, and plenty of skeletons, most walking, and a few also on Blasterback. Papyrus shouted and ran out into the street to join his brother. "SANS, YOU'RE HERE!!! YOU'RE FINALLY HERE, BROTHER!!!" Papyrus sobbed as Sans helped him onto Fright's back, and clutched him close.
