POV: Sang

The soft sound of beeping hit my ears and I let out a soft groan as I shifted turning off the alarm. I hadn't slept at all. Slowly shifting out of the bed, I glanced back at North and Gabriel who were both deep asleep. I smiled as they shifted a little closer together before moving out of the room. Pausing I was surprised to find Jacks holding a tray of food.

Pausing his eyes met mine and he looked startled. "Sang? I am sorry I didn't realize you where here." He looks confused and the door to Victor's sitting room opens revealing an exhausted Mr. Blackbourne. His hair was all over the place as he rubbed his eyes.

"Ah Jacks we are going to need breakfast for about five more." Mr. Blackbourne ran his hands through his hair as Jacks's eyes bugged out. Nodding quickly, he shifted into the room to place the tray down and then dashed down the stairs.

Stepping forward I glanced at the meal. Porridge with raisins, honey, and cinnamon, orange juice, and a banana rested on the tray. Definitely for Victor. I glanced at Mr. Blackbourne who nodded to me and with a smile I picked up the tray and softly knocked on the door to Victor's bed room before slipping in. The bundle on the bed shifted and hazy eyes opened as the covers fell off Victor's shoulders.

"Sang?" His voice was rough but it was getting back to the baritone voice I knew. Smiling, I placed the tray of food on the night table and then shifted to Victor's side slipping my hands to his forehead. I smiled at the lack of heat.

"Hey Victor... how are you feeling?" I whispered and sat down carefully at his side as he sat up a little.

"Better." He whispered and coughed slightly into his arm. I lightly rubbed his back watching as he tried to control the coughing. Once his coughing calmed down I gave him a very soft kiss on the forehead before gathering the thermometer and the medicine out of the bathroom.

With a sigh, Victor leaned back into his pillows and I carefully slipped the thermometer back into his ear once more. He closed his eyes and I slipped my hand into his squeezing it gently. Victor's hand held mine and I carefully removed the thermometer, 99.6. I sighed and lightly caressed his cheek.

"Looks like another day in bed." I whisper and Victor frowns as he opens his eyes. I move about the bed gathering the tray of food before settling it down next to him. "Eat as much as you can and then take the medicine."

"Ms. Sorenson..." Both of us turned to the door where Mr. Blackbourne stood pulling on a fresh suit jacket. Standing, I shifted to the door and he gently slipped a hand around my sides guiding me to the sitting room. Jacks stood with a large helping of food and Dr. Green was gobbling it down as North and Gabriel slipped into the room.

I was guided to a seat and Dr. Green offered me a plate but I refused politely with a shake of my head. The sight of food made my stomach rumble yes but nausea followed close behind because of the lack of sleep. Dr. Green frowned and he knelt down in front of me. His eye was puffy and only slightly discolored as he looked at me with worry. "Pookie?"

Biting my lip softly, I glanced up as Gabriel came over to my side lightly rubbing my back. "She didn't sleep at all Doc. Her stomach is probably trying to deal with the lack of sleep." His voice was soft and he lightly caressed my cheek causing me to relax into his touch.

"Ms. Sorenson.." I quickly opened my eyes looking to Mr. Blackbourne who was sitting in the chair next to me. "Can you manage something small?" Jacks held out two pieces of toast with some jelly on them. My eyes met his for a moment and I saw worry. Glancing down I slowly nodded and Gabriel quickly grabbed the toast plate before leading me into the closet.

Sitting carefully on the seat, I watched as Gabriel moved about the room picking my clothes out for the day. "Meanie..." I whispered and he paused instantly looking to me. "Something comfortable." I didn't have the energy to beg but from my tone he understood.

Taking a few bites of toast, Gabriel shifted over with a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. I smiled at the choice but before I could shift, his arms wrapped around me tightly. Curling into his chest I relaxed breathing in his apple scent and I closed my eyes as his hands rubbed up and down my back. "I gotcha Trouble... I am going to be right outside the door."

Slowly pulling away I nodded and waited for the door to close as I pulled on the jeans and the t-shirt feeling comfortable before pulling on the socks and shoes laid out for me. With a smile I shifted to the door and Gabriel guided me to a chair where he carefully pulled my hair back into a pony tail. Surprised I looked to him but he just shook his head and I curled up resting on the chair.

"Baby girl..." I opened my eyes and smiled spotting North. "I am going to carry you down to the car okay? We are running a little late." With a nod, I was instantly lifted into his arms. Closing my eyes I relaxed and the next thing I knew soft hands were shaking me.

"Sang... Sang..." I opened my eyes and spotted Kota. Yawning softly, I shifted off North's lap and took his hand stepping carefully out of the car. "Good Morning sleepy I heard you had a rough night." I nodded slightly and Luke appeared with a coffee in his hand. My eyes widened as my mouth began to water and a large smile appeared on his face.

"It's your cupcake." He offered it out and instantly I took it taking a long sip of the cool sweet substance. Relaxing a little I looked to Luke and smiled.

"Thank you!" Luke smiled and nodded before Silas stepped forward taking my hand.

"Come on now. You can get the full experience and sleep in class." I giggled and Silas grinned as we made our way into the school. Silas lead the way to my homeroom and gave me a soft kiss as Luke and North guided me into homeroom. Taking a few more sips of my coffee, I curled up in my chair and relaxed listening to North as he lightly chatted with Luke, while rubbing my back slowly. But my relaxed state quickly ended as the loud speaker came on.

Ms. Sang Sorenson please report to the office.
