"...and that's why it's important for me to get into that party,"I finish and they're both staring at me in shock.

"This is really important to you huh,?"Cassie asks.

"Yes,"I reply.

"Well I could help you but isn't this whole thing risky,"Cassie asks her voice full of concern.

"Well it is but it's the only clear option I have right now,it's the only way I can get answers to my questions,"I say.

"Oh Val I'll definitely help you,I'll just need to see your friends first so I can see how best we can work together,"she says.

"Alright,no problem,they'll be ready to meet you tomorrow itself,I'll let...,"

Theo gets up and leaves before I even finish speaking.

"Theo!"Cassie calls after him but he blantantly ignores her and continues walking away.

"What's wrong with him,"Cassie asks.

"I'll go speak to him,maybe it's something I said,"I say getting up.

"Alright,but if he doesn't listen to you,tell me,I'll talk to him,"she says.

"Okay,I'll be right back,"I say following him.
I follow him until I find myself in the back yard.

"Theo why did you leave like that you...,"

"You can't do this Val,"he says turning around.

"Do what,?"I ask walking closer to him.

"This whole party thing,or whatever you can't do it,"he says holding my shoulders.

"Theo it's the only choice I have right now ...,"

"Then I'll find another way,dad has some connections I can talk him or someone,but I won't let you do this,it's too risky,"

"Theo you have to understand,there's no other way,I don't want your family to be dragged into this..."

"And Cassie, haven't you already dragged her into this,"

"She's just helping me get into the party...,"

That's not the point Val,this is too risky, anything could go wrong...,"

"I know but...,"

"But what Val,I won't be able to live with myself if anything happens to you,"He says bringing his hand to my cheek,"I've lived a world without you and I don't ever want to go back to that darkness,"he finishes.

"Theo,"I say taking his hands in mine,"I know your fear,trust me I understand, even I'm scared of to thinking about the future without you,you're more than my boyfriend,you're my best friend,my favorite snuggle buddy,you're literally my everything Theo but Theo apart from you and my friends I have no one,I just want to part of my own family too,if they're out there,"I say and he looks at me for some seconds before pulling me into a hug.

"You won't do this alone,I'll be with you all the way and I'm not taking no for an answer,"Theo says holding me tighter.

"Okay,"I whisper audible enough for him to hear.

"There's something I want to show you,"He says letting go of me.

"Really...but what about Cassie?she's all alone,"I ask

"It'll just take a few minutes ,I'm sure Cassie would love to rest anyway considering her pregnant condition,"Theo assures me and I smile."come,"he says leading me to the dining room.

''you're back,does this mean things are alright now,"Cassie asks.

"Yah,"Theo says taking my hand in his,"uhm ...Cassie there's something I wanna show Val,do you mind if we step out for a few minutes?"Theo adds.

"Of course not,I'm tired anyway and I think junior is too just let me know when you're back,"Cassie says.

"Sure,see you later sis,"Theo says.

"Bye,"Cassie says waving us off.

"Where are we going,"I ask Theo when we leave the house.

"For a late night walk in these empty streets,"Theo says putting his hand around my shoulder and we slowly walk out of the driveway.

"Is it safe at this hour,"I ask him.

"Yah,this is a safe neighborhood,and besides I have a girlfriend who punches like a dude,"he says and I laugh.

"Fair point,"I say smiling.

"Theo,can I ask you something,?"

"Sure,"he replies.

"How did you know you wanted to be an agent,"I ask him.

"My parents,"he States simply.

"They told you to become one...?"I ask for clarification.

"Not really, my parents dedication for their jobs inspired me,the passion they have  is something that I wish to have towards my job in future and the only thing that I'm passionate about is being an agent,"he says and I smile at him.

"I like boxing,archery and all that stuff but I don't think being an agent is my passion,it's more of a hobby,"I say,"I wish I knew what I really wanted to do in future,just like you,Mal and Bree,"I say.

"Val...,"Theo says stopping me,"look at me,"He says coming to stand in front me."

"You're still young Val,and you have your entire life to find your true passion don't be hard on yourself,with time you'll get there,"he says and I smile at him him.

He's right time will tell you.

"Thank you,"I say hugging him.

"No problem,"he said hugging me back.

"You wanted to show me something,"I say pulling away.

"Oh yeah right,,"he says pulling out a tiny box from his pocket.

"Val,"he says taking my hand in his ,"I Know we are still young and many may say we still don't know what we are doing and everything between us is just a phase,maybe they're right that we are still young but what I feel for you isn't just a phase,it's more than a like and I've never been more sure about anything in my life,I really like you and every moment I spend with you it just gets more clearer that letting you go would be my dumbest mistake,,"he says and I'm lost for words.
"Today I'll make you a promise,no matter what happens my heart will always belong to you,"he says opening the box revealing a beautiful ring,"I give you this ring with a promise that I'll always be yours,"

He smiles at me putting putting the ring on my finger."and ,"I don't have the words to describe what exactly you mean to me but I'll spend my whole life proving them to you,"he says looking into my eyes.

"Thank you,",I say earnestly and he kisses my forehead.

"Mine forever,"I say sticking out my pinky finger.

"Yours forever,pinky promise,"he say wrapping his finger around mine before placing a kiss on my forehead.

"We should get going it's late,"he says tucking loose strands of hair behind my ear.

"Yah,"I say smiling taking his hand in mine.
