CHAPTER FORTY ONE.

"Ouch,"I let out in a pained gasp as Bree accidentally dabs my eye too hard.

"Sorry,"Bree apologizes wiping the excess mascara from my eye using a wipe.

"I think that's enough make up, Bree,"Theo pitches in.

"Don't be ridiculous I'm not even done with this eye,"Bree argues and I sigh.

"Is all this really necessary,"I ask her.

"Yes and  hush you'll ruin the iconic lip combo,"she says.

"Are you atleast almost done,"Theo asks as Bree continues poking my eye with her eye shadow brush.

"Fine,I'm done now,let me just retouch your blush,"she says working her magic on my face.

"There all done,"Bree says closing her blush pallete smiling at me.

"Look at you,you look all mature and grown up "Bree says urging me to look in the mirror.
I take a peak in the mirror and she's right.
I look so mature right now.
My smokey eye gives me an edgy look,and the this lip combo makes me look sophisticated.
My curly hair is now in a fancy updo with a few loose strands framing my face.
Overall I look really good right now.

"Wow!"Theo breathes out staring at me."you look really classy right now,".

"Thanks,"I say trying to hide the blush creeping onto my face.

"And all this is thanks to me,"Bree like prasies herself and I chuckle.

"We should get dressed now,"Bree announces .

"Where's my dress,"I ask her.

"Uhm, Cassie put in his room,you can change from there,"she says."and I'll use Cassie's room,"she adds.

"Okay,are you coming with,"I ask Theo and he smirks.

"You want me to help you change,"he says suggestively.

"What no!I just thought maybe you want to change too seeing as it's your room too...,"I mumble and Bree bursts into fits of laughter.

"C'mon Val,I was just joking,"Theo adds.

"Okay,you two really need to leave now I have to change,"Bree says practically shoving us out of Cassie's room.

We make our way to his room ,and I spot the dress on Theo's bed immediately we enter the room

"You can use the bathroom,I can change from here,"I suggest .

"Okay,"he agrees and I smile at him.

He gets his makeshift workers uniform from his closet before heading to the bathroom.
When I hear the bathroom door close ,I strip off my sundress.
I get the dress from the bed and I trace the pretty black fabric with my hand.
It's a really pretty dress.
I slip into it easily but I have trouble getting the zip.

"Theo!I need your help,"I call out as I struggle to zip my dress.

"What do you need,"Theo says walking out of his bathroom only in dress pants with no shirt on.

"Uh I need help with my zipper,"I say trying not to stare at him.

"Turn around,"he says walking towards me and I do like wise.

"By the way you look really gorgeous in this dress,"he whispers in my ear as his hands find the way to my zipper.

"Thanks,"I let out in a shaky breath as his fingers graze when skin when he zips us my dress.

"Thank you for helping me,"I say turning around and I find him staring at me.

"What?"I ask and he just smiles reaching for my loose strands of hair and placing them behind my ear.
He reaches for both my hands and looks at me.
He gently kisses my knuckles and I smile at his gesture.
He lets go of my hands and reaches for my face.

"Can I tell you something Val,"he asks stroking my cheek.

"Go ahead,"I say softly.

"I think I love you,"he says looking into my eyes and I feel butterflies in my belly.
Theo loves me.

"Theo I..."I start

"You don't have to say anything,I just wanted you to know,"he says smiling at me."come,"he adds hugging me and I hug him back inhaling the fresh scent of his body lotion.

"I would kiss you right now,but I don't want to ruin your make up,"he says pulling away.

I reach for his face and place a small kiss on his cheek.

"I think I love you too,"I say and his smile grows.

"I knew it,"he says smirking and I laugh.

"In as much as I could stare at you all day,I need to get dressed,or will run late,"he says letting me go.

"You're probably right,hurry I'll be waiting for you,"I say.

He disappears into the bathroom and I put on my heels quickly.I finish doing the final touches and Theo walks out of the closet fully dressed.

"Shall we,"he asks extending his hand.

"We shall,"I say taking it.

We walk out together and everyone seems to be outside already.
Theo's parents aren't in town so we chose his house to get ready.

"Here come the love birds,"Mal announces as soon as we step out."and they look so good".

"Finally I was beginning to think that you eloped,"Cassie says and everyone laughs.
Everyone is dressed up in their working attire apart from Cassie whose in a very pretty maternity dress.

"Let's get going,"Gabriel says and we all pile up into Cassie's work van.

After a thirty minute drive we arrive at the hotel where the party is taking place.

"Are you ready guys,"Cassie asks and everyone nods eagerly.

"Remember,blend in okay,"Bree emphasizes reaching for something in her pocket.
She pulls out fancy looking earrings.
"They have earbuds  embedded in them,you'll be able to hear everything we say,"she says helping me out them on.
"And this fancy pin is your microphone,you'll be able to use it to communicate,"she says adjusting the fancy pin on my dress.

"Alright,I think everything is ready,all the best guys,"Mal says to all of us.

"We should head inside we are probably running late,"Cassie says and we all get out of the van.

"Here's your fake ID Incase anyone asks you're my assistant ,"Cassie says to me.

"The rest of you,I'll handle everything,"she says,"now let's go,"she adds and we begin to head inside.

"Val,just a minute,"Theo says Pulling me back.

"Is everything all right,"I ask.

"Yah,I just wanted to say all the best,"he says placing a swift kiss on my forehead.

"And promise me you'll be alright,"he adds.

"I promise,"I say.

"Pinky promise,"he says holding out his pinky finger.

"Pinky promise,"I say wrapping my pinky around his .

Tonight I needed answers.
