Two Weeks Before Celine Meeting Justin Meeting
I was sleeping on my side when something started to move the bed. What is it? Ah, right. Kaitlin. I remembered that she came to my apartment yesterday and we ended up doing it then she fell asleep next to me. I turned so I would be sleeping facing the ceiling. I looked at my side and she is still sleeping there. I sighed. It is the 5th of February now and the weather is still quiet cold. It has been two years since I first saw her.
I placed my forearm on my eyes and once again I was swallowed into the darkness. Her face appeared before me all of a sudden. Two years have passed and I haven't even talked to her once. How pathetic. What am I? ... A hopeless high school girl? Why haven't I talked to her before? She just makes me nervous. Whenever I am near her I just stand there and start to think how should I approach her, what should I say, what kind of impression I should leave and what face should I show. I always get totally lost in my thoughts and then before I know it my chance is gone.
*Flashback*
I went into the atelier to receive the boss's suit. The receptionist welcomed me with a smile as always. The place is in a nice neighborhood that is mainly full of shops of different types. Mostly old people are in charge. The neighborhood is quiet and warm all in all. The people are nice and once I step into it I feel like stepping into a different world.
I waited downstairs for Mr Taylor to finish what he has to do then look for the suit that I am here to take. That old man ... Although he is such a delicate and soft person yet I can feel the sharpness of his eyes. His smile is rather calming, but he scares me. Just a little bit. As if he can see through people.
"Oh, Justin. Sorry for making you wait for so long" Mr Taylor said walking towards me with the suit. I stood up at once and greeted him.
"Ah, nevermind I just arrived her anyway." I said smiling at him then took the suit and was about to go out of the place when a girl came in.
She looked like she is in her twenties. She had a long black hair, that was all over her face in a messy but pretty way, and warm green eyes. Her face had a shade of bright red and she was breathing with difficulty, trying to catch her breath as if she just had a long run. She was standing at the door blocking the way out. She was leaning on the frame and I was standing right before her staring at the amazing expression she had on her face. Although she was blocking my way, but I didn't mind at all. For the first time of my life I was actually enjoying something, even if it is a weird thing.
She raised her head and she looked at me with great happiness. A smile creeped on her face and it kept getting bigger until now I can see the full set of her white teeth. I couldn't help but smile back. I felt like I am happy from the bottom of my heart. She straightened her posture and started to approach me. I felt my heart picking up speed and I had no idea why. All of a sudden she passed by me and she walked straight towards Mr Taylor.
Off course. What was I thinking? I kept standing there like an idiot thinking that a stranger would actually just approach me out of the blue. I heard her talking with Mr Taylor about a guy called Ryan. I shook my head and exited the atelier as now my way is open. I sighed standing out of the atelier and looked back watching her through the glass. She looked like she is making a fuss and her voice was pretty loud. Everyone in there was enjoying listening to her and watching the amazing expressions of her face and I found myself joining them from outside.
*End of Flashback*
"That was the first time I saw her." I whispered to myself. Kaitlin was moving around in her sleep and then she approached me and placed her head on my chest. My forearm was still on my eyes and I wasn't able to see her. Her long soft hair was on my chest now and I felt its softness. I couldn't help, but imagine Celine sleeping on my chest instead of Kaitlin. I smiled.
