Dottore P.O.V.
Gold dust sprinkled along the path the Fatui Skirmisher had walked down; geo-energy subtly surged through his staff. He was on watch patrol for the forest surrounding Gandharva Ville.
In fact, he was there when a certain lady had seemed to materialise out of nowhere and walked in a massive circle around the village for hours, effectively tiring herself out. He remembered thinking it was a little funny, but mostly about how stupid it was.
Now he's hurrying over to his master, Dottore, with the astounding news, certain that this will please him!
He gasped harshly as he ran through the forest towards a large opening, a grand green tent was located in the centre with two Fatui soldiers standing guard. Finally, he was at camp. He ruffled his white hair and readjusted his hat to look more presentable before entering the extravagant tent before him.
Leaning against a wooden desk and facing away from the tent's entrance was a blue-haired man wearing a white fitted suit and a 17th-century bird mask on his left shoulder, a pointed mask was left upside-down on his unkempt documents; it was clear he was not interested in completing his reports today.
His mind was preoccupied with bemusing thoughts as he fiddled with a slim glass vial that had neon blue fluid in it.
"My lord" the geo Skirmisher got on one knee and bowed with respect. This caught the harbinger's attention, prompting him to turn around.
"Yes, what is it."
Feeling trepidation, the young geo-user detailed what he saw to one of the most dangerous people in Teyvat.
And with that, a sly smile crossed the Harbinger's features. "Excellent work." He threw his little vial up in the air and then caught it, the gears in his head turning to birth a devilish plan. "Yes, this is excellent. Exactly what I'm looking for."
In a sudden motion, piercing red eyes looked down at the geo skirmisher and that sly smile turned crude "Bring her to me. Alive."
