"Why are we even involved in this meeting?" Dahyun starts her whining. "It's not like we're going to that racist leadership camp."

Sana promptly chuckles at her. "Hey, Kim Dahyun! I think your definition of racist is way off the usual dictionary."

"It still discriminated against me from attending because I'm not someone with a prominent status or position in a student organization!"

"Okay, okay." Mina taps the desk using her hands, silencing everyone and getting the council girls' attention. She calmly explains to them. "I actually called for a meeting not only because of the leadership camp. We also have other agendas so stop being bitter right away."

It is the start of the last week of February. All the student council members are in attendance in their room today, attentively sitting around their huge office table.

"I know everyone's not pleased with it so let's start with the non-leadership camp related things, shall we?" The council president smiles and glances at each of them. "So first thing's first. The school year is about to end in almost two months which means... A lot of year-end things from the various clubs are going to flood our office soon. If you've been observant enough for the past years, that means..."

Sana quickly speaks. "Thanksgiving parties to the graduating students per club."

Jeongyeon also comments. "School retreat for the fourth year!"

Dahyun adds in. "Year end reports and liquidations per club."

"And more." Mina speaks again, flashing them a satisfied smile. "Those are all right answers. Should I delegate tasks or do you girls want to do the usual?"

The three others gave each other a knowing look then answered in unison. "The usual!"

"Okay." The council president chuckles. "Then, that leaves us with not much to discuss about. Just— Maybe good luck on doing the draw lots later."

In contrast to how they should be proactive, responsible students, there is this insider thing about the student council in terms of deciding the distribution of tasks that everyone hates to do. That is they simply draw lots and the unlucky person gets to commit on whatever task everyone doesn't want to claim.

Mina continued to speak. "Now, for the leadership camp... Unfortunately, for the captain of the soccer team... her participation has been deferred since—"

"Huh?" Sana immediately reacts.

"Why?" Dahyun also comments.

"That is what I was about to say." The council president looks at them unamused. She clears her throat and talks again. "She has been reported anonymously for being under the influence of alcohol while in the school premises. I know that the case would be dismissed anyway but of course for image purposes, the school insisted to still have to make a proper due process for fairness."

"Of course it would be dismissed! Almost every student does that." Jeongyeon chuckles. "We even have parties inside the school."

"I know, right?" Sana also chuckles. "Her case would surely be disregarded."

"But the anonymous reporter has guts, huh?" The council treasurer pursued the topic. "You know, reporting the great, one and only Hirai Momo."

Dahyun just shrugged at them. "So... is someone going to replace Momo's slot on the camp instead?"

"If that's the case..." Jeongyeon perked up at the idea. "Will it be someone from the council?"

"Actually..." Mina smiles awkwardly. "The school director already told me that he wants the vice captain to replace Momo since that is the most reasonable way to do it."

"Tsk!" The council treasurer mutters. "That small girl is really a lucky bastard!"

"Ugh." Dahyun began whining again. "For one moment I thought I had a chance!"

The council president just chuckles at them. "Anyway, I'm meeting with the other council presidents later this week to—"

"Council presidents?" Sana cuts in again and raises an eyebrow. "As in plural?"

"Ah, yeah. Sorry." Mina immediately answered. "I forgot to mention that it won't just be us and Tzuyu's school anymore. There are now two other universities that would join us."

"Argh!" Jeongyeon continued her protest. "It really is such a shame we're not going!"

"I know, right?" The council secretary quickly agreed to their treasurer. "I bet this one's going to be fun!"

"So, as what I was saying—"

"Wait, wait, wait." Jeongyeon raises her hand to cut again their council president who has evidently been interrupted a couple of times now. "How about Sana's other position? She has been double booked, right? Being the vice president and the captain of the cheer team at the same time."

"That one..." Mina looks to her best friend. "I have to consult with Sana first."

"Why?" The council treasurer scrunches her eyebrows. "Why does her opinion matter?"

"Hey!" Sana points a finger to Jeongyeon and yells. "That sounded offending to me! What do you mean by why does my opinion matter?"

The council treasurer chuckles. "Sorry, sorry. I didn't mean it that way."

"But, yeah." Dahyun butts in. "I'm curious also why."

Mina began to elaborate. "Sana has to decide which student organization she would be representing. If she chooses the student council, then someone from the cheer team will be chosen as another representative. But... if Sana chooses to represent the cheer team, then—"

"Someone from the student council will be chosen as another representative!" Jeongyeon and Dahyun yell in unison, finishing their president's statement.

"Hey, Minatozaki!" The council treasurer shouts. "CHOOSE THE CHEER TEAM!"

"Yeah!" Dahyun also shouts. "GIVE US A CHANCE!"

"Ugh!" Mina rolls her eyes dramatically and slams her hand on their office desk. "WOULD YOU TWO PLEASE SHUT UP FOR A MOMENT? We can't finish anything if you are going to cut me off and whine all day!"

"So— Sorry, Pres." The two guilty, whiny students looked down and apologized in unison. "We will behave from now on."

Sana giggles at them in teasing. "Deserved."

"HEY." The council president glares at her best friend. "Shut it also, Minatozaki."

"Ye—" The cheer captain slightly bows, stifling her smile. "Yes, ma'am."
