Tzuyu slowly flutters her eyes, adjusting to the light of the early morning. She didn't open her eyes wide open right away, squinting at the ceiling she is now facing with her back flatly lying on the bed. "That's not my ceiling."

A faint giggle was promptly heard followed by a bubbly chirp. "Good morning, baby Tzu."

"Ugh. Now, I remember." Without moving her body, the young cheer captain simply darts her eyes to the girl beside her. "I slept last night in another girl's bed."

It is now around eight in the morning of Thursday, approaching the first week of March. The visitor to Mina and Sana's dorm room has clearly just woken up from her comfortable slumber.

Sana, who has one of her arms supporting her head as her body is turned sideways to Tzuyu's direction, pouts and acts hurt. "Aww. That's the first thing you'd say? No good morning for me?"

The younger girl softly chuckles while gently rubbing both her eyes. Her voice is still a bit raspy from a long sleep. "You were just watching me all this time?"

"Yeah." The vice president innocently replies. "Why?"

"I—" Tzuyu glances at her. "That is weird, you know."

"Nuh uh. Not when I have an adorable girl right beside me in my bed when I just woke up. I think that is the most normal thing I would do right there. Just watch you." Sana then naughtily giggles. "Believe me, you don't want to hear what are those not normal things that I would do aside from just watching you."

"What— Sanaaaaa." The younger girl whines. There is a faint blush of red quickly creeping onto her cheeks. "Please tell me that Mina is still sleeping and she hasn't heard any of that."

Sana chuckles at her. "Don't worry. That studious diligent law student already left for her morning class like half an hour ago."

"Ahh. Thank goodness. Anyway, you— don't tease me like that early in the morning!"

The older girl slides her arm to the other girl's torso, making sure that she will make the most out of her flirty teasing. "Then you could've done something else other than being a breathtaking sight early in the morning."

"Ugh! You—" Tzuyu abruptly pulls over their shared comforter to cover her face. She almost yells in protest. "You're making it too hard for me so early!"

Sana just bursts into laughter with her. She retrieves her arm from the younger cheer captain's waist. Then, she smiles sincerely as she gently pulls down the thick fabric that is covering the other girl's face. She asks in a calm tone. "Tzu, how was your sleep?"

"Good." Tzuyu looks at her and softly smiles. "I think that was a very good sleep. Thank you for last night. Although I won't lie. Ugh! My eyes absolutely feel heavy."

The vice president giggles in teasing. "Deserved."

"Hey—"

"You were yelling at me last night, you know?" Sana cuts her in while raising an eyebrow. "If we talked in your room, I bet you would've kicked me to the hallways out of annoyance or anger or whatever raging emotion that was that you showcased within you."

"I won't do that! But—" The younger girl starts fiddling with the comforter in her hands. "But I know that I was wrong with how I acted and how I talked to you last night. I'm— I'm really sorry for that, Sana."

"Hey, hey, hey. It's fine! What's more important is that it ended well." Sana playfully ruffles Tzuyu's hair in teasing. "And I was glad that I made you sleep better. But— Hey, Tzu."

"Hmm?"

The older girl looks delicately at the girl beside her. "This is just a start. Let's be better together from now on, okay?"

Tzuyu shyly smiles, displaying her dimples in the process. She once again slowly sinks herself in the comforter that was previously covering up to her chest. "Ye— yeah. Let's do that. Let's be better for each other."

"Yay!" Sana ruffles the younger girl's hair again while chuckling. Then, she suddenly spoke nonchalantly. "Oh. I just remembered something."

"Hmm? What?"

The vice president squints at the other girl in the bed. "You had Jeongyeon give you updates about me before we even met at the cabin last year?"

"Ah—" Tzuyu chuckles awkwardly. "AHH. Tha— Yeah. That's right. I— I kind of asked her to do that for me."

Sana rolls her eyes. "Ugh. Why— Come on, Chou Tzuyu! Why haven't you just approached me, huh? We would've met again two years earlier if you just did that!"

"I was afraid! I—" The younger girl pouts. "I wasn't sure if you still remember me. And I— I was afraid that you would find me as a creep or something if I just went up suddenly and talked to you like I actually know you out of the blue."

"Oh, come on! Haven't Jeongyeon told you about the keychain that always dangled in my bag since we were freshmen?" Sana almost yells in annoyance. "That should've made it pretty clear that I remember you and our little promise! I'm sure that all of the council girls know about that!"

"She did. Jeongyeon Unnie did tell me about the keychain. That's the first thing I asked her to check with you. It's just—" Tzuyu pauses and glances at the other girl with her in the bed. She is in hesitation with her next statement. "It's just that—"

Sana cuts in unamused, obviously starting to get impatient. "It's just what, Tzu?"

"It's just..." The young cheer captain starts fiddling again with the comforter's fabric. "You were having these flings everywhere and I'm not— I'm not sure if you at least still remember me or maybe— maybe even feel the same way about how I feel about you."

"Ugh." Sana shakes her head furiously. "Believe me, Tzu. Whatever you're feeling right now? Mine's stronger."

"Huh?" Tzuyu slightly tilts her head on the pillow. "But—"

"Yeah." The vice president confidently states. "Whatever level of 'like' you are in now with me, even if you are in the highest level of it, I assure you that what I feel is much stronger."

"But— But, Sana—"

Sana starts waving her free arm in dismissal. "Trust me, Tzu. My feelings for you are—"

"Sana—"

"As I was saying, Chou Tzu—"

"But I love you, Sana." Tzuyu quickly utters in a rather innocent tone. "It's not just like."

"Hu—" The older girl blinks her eyes rapidly and scrunches her eyebrow. "Wait, wait, wait— HUH?"

"I love you." Tzuyu almost mumbles, the shyness from how she casually said it earlier is now catching up to her. "Is— Is there something else that's higher than love that— that my inexperienced self doesn't know again?"

"Tzu—" Sana uses her free hand to cup one of Tzuyu's cheeks and looks directly into her eyes. "Hey, Chou Tzuyu."

"What?"

"Say it again."
