Kim's POV

"So how did the talk go?" I asked my father over the phone while driving to work.

"Horrible." I waited for him to go on but he didn't.

"Horrible? Dad don't tell me you two are getting a divorce."

"No!" I released a breath of relief. "But she told your sisters and now everyone is panicking."

"Well that was expected. I mean it's brain damage we're talking about. I am scared shitless by what you're going through." I said. "Sorry." I apologized for cussing.

"You're thirty five, you're not supposed to say you're sorry for saying shitless." He chuckled.

"Thanks for reminding me about how I'm so old dad."

"Oh Kimberly stop being dramatic. You're not old." Thirty five is old to me. Especially since I'm still single.

"Yeah right." I sighed. "I'll call Stephanie and talk to her about the doctor's appointment you have with Logan's doctor."

"You told him?! Why would you do that?"

"In case you forgot, he has the best doctors and the money so you need him right now." He scoffed.

"I would rather die. That little boy took advantage of-"

"Dad!" I cut him off. "Don't." I sighed deeply. "Logan has changed and you need to stop trying to remind me of the past everytime I mention Logan."

"I don't like him."

"Well right now you don't have to, you just have to accept we need him." He was quiet. "Will you at least think about it? And I'd suggest you be quick about it because the longer you delay the more you lose your memory."

"I know Kimberly." I finally pulled up at the huge building I worked in.

"Then I hope by the time I call you after work, you would have made a decision." He chuckled while I smiled.

"You're really pushing it aren't you." I turned off my engine.

"I have to because you are very stubborn." He chuckled. "I have to go dad. We'll speak soon."

"Okay honey, have a great day." I smiled.

"You too dad."

Lorena's POV

"I thought you'd do with something to eat." I said to Kimberly after closing her office door.

"Do you ever knock before getting into someone's office?" I stopped in my tracks.

"Oh, I'm so sorry. Everytime I forget my uncle isn't working here anymore." She leaned back into her seat.

"He would let you not knock?" I shook my head.

"Not let me but he always had me running up and down so I was always bursting into his door since I was always late." She chuckled.

"Wow. I wasn't expecting that." I shrugged. "What you got there?"

"Your lunch." I finally placed the food on her desk.

"You didn't have to Lorena."

"I know but ever since you got here, all you do is work. Even on lunch breaks. Starvation kills by the way." She laughed again.

"Thanks." She took the take out and opened it slowly. I watched how she carefully opened the lid and smelled the food. "Oh you're not eating?"

"I already had something to eat." I said truthfully. Even though it was just a salad but point is I had my lunch.

"Oh" she shifted in her seat before finally digging in. Something about the way she chew her food made me smile.

Wait a minute!

Am I seriously, amused by how my dad's employee eats?

What is wrong with you Lorena?!

"Um, I should probably go." I shot up from my seat. "Enjoy your lunch." I quickly walked out not waiting for any reply.

Kim's POV

I closed my laptop and sighed. I couldn't stop thinking about how Lorena left in the afternoon.

It was currently 7pm and I was avoiding going back to my empty house.

"You need to get a fucking life Kimberly." I whispered to myself before gathering my stuff.

After taking everything in my hands, I walked out of my office and the whole building to my car. The parking lot was almost empty except for my car. As I got closer I noticed another car that what parked across from mine. A shiny black luxurious car with tinted windows. "Must be the boss's." I said to myself.

Hailey's POV

"Mommy, can I talk to you?" I looked up from my computer and nodded.

"Is something wrong honey?" Camilla sat besides me in the living room.

"I um....I would have bothered mom but she's not yet back. I wanted to ask something from her." She hesitated.

"You can talk to me as well Cammy." I touched her hand and she smiled.

"Well, I wanted to ask her to check if Mrs Elrod is at the hospital."

"Will's mother?" She nodded. "Why? Did you hear something?"

"Something like that." She said calmly. Sometimes I don't understand my children.

"Don't you think it's wise to ask Will? I mean you guys are friends afterall." She sighed.

"Mother will you help me or not?"

"Not with that attitude I won't." She groaned.

"You always make it so hard to talk to you." She mumbled to herself but I heard her.

"Because you always expect me to do whatever you want without questioning you as your parent." She looked at me. "Wait a minute, are you not talking to Will?"

"No" I gasped.

"But Cammy he's a good boy."

"I'm not sure anymore so that's why I need you to find out if he wasn't lying about ditching our date to see his mom who apparently was involved in a fire on their yacht." I frowned. How come I didn't hear about this?

"Hold on." I pulled out
