Veer's POV

We were busy gearing up for the day of auction. Everything necessary for the plan was made ready

I was sitting on the couch anxiously as I noticed Sameer leaving the house.

"Where are you going, Sam?" I enquired as he stood near the door.

"Just visiting the headquarters to report to our chief", he said, sounding tired.

"Okay. Where are the others?" I asked, looking around.

"Shiv went to meet Ishita and I don't know about Aarav...", he shrugged.

"Alright...", I said just as the door bell rang.

"I'll get it ", Sameer said.

"Sara?" his voice came from the hallway.

I immediately went to the door to see her.

"Hey, Veer", she said, blushing and it made me blush too.

"You guys are still playing this game?" Sameer asked, grinning.

This idiot!!

But his words made Sara smile. And that made me more confused

"Gotta go... See ya, Sara", he said, biding her goodbye.

"Get lost, idiot", I shouted as he shook his head saying, ‘yeah yeah’.

I turned to Sara to find her staring at me. The way she stared at me sent a shiver down my spine.

"Hey... what's up with the sudden visit?" I stammered.

"Veer... I have a lot of things to say to you. But not here.", she trailed off.

I raised my eyebrows in question.

"Meet me tomorrow at the London Bridge", she said, hugging me.

"I'll be waiting for you...", she said as she looked into my eyes.

I felt a stringing feeling like I wanted to never let her go.

"I'll be there", I said, smiling reassuringly.

Ishita's POV

Shiv called me to come to the café. I was worried about why he wanted to meet all of a sudden.

I saw him walking towards the table I sat in. And he looked a bit glum.

"Shiv... Is everything all right?" I asked worried

"Ishu... I need to tell you something", he said, avoiding any eye contact.

"Shiv!! Is everything fine??" I was tensed now.

"There is something you don't know about me....", he said nervously.

"You're scaring me", I yelled.

"I know it's hard to believe but I... I'm a spy", he said, closing his eyelids shut.

I was shocked for a minute but then I burst into laughter.

"Shiv! Don't ever do that again. I thought you were serious for a second", I said in between my laughs.

But the look on his face told me this wasn't a joke.

My world shattered. Tears began to corner my eyes.

"You... You aren't lying??" I asked, looking at him in disbelief.

"Yup. This is supposed to be a secret but I can't lie to you anymore cause I... I love you", he said looking back at me.
