Shiv's POV

My life has been a mess for the past few days because of a lover boy. He can't seem to focus on things after he spends time with Diya.

He's a true, crazy romantic...

For the love of God, I hope he won't cause a new problem today.

We were trying to get to work on time. But I knew the chances of it happening were way lesser than zero percent.

"Did you pinpoint the next location to find information?" Sameer asked me.

"I think so... it's a little store that reuses old computers. If we find the one we are looking for and I can crack the code to download the data, we can get it", I said.

"That sounds good. Hope it won't burn down like the previous place we've been to", Veer said as he was eating his cereal in a sleepy mood.

"Bet our luck won't allow that", Aarav said jokingly.

"You!! you better don't mess up anything at work", I said to him, trying to sound serious.

Who am I kidding? This has no effect on him

"Me? Why would I mess up anything bro?" he said, acting all innocent as I shot daggers at him.

Ishita's POV:

I was done with all my work for this week. So I decided to treat myself with the best coffee in this town.

Yeah the ones at The Imperial Café.

Sitting at a corner table, I was enjoying the calm and relaxing vibe of this place.

No socialization. No assignments. No stress of being responsible for your team mates impulsive decisions

It was quite peaceful here.

As I scanned around the cafe, my attention was grabbed by a guy who was too cute to be a waiter.

But not just in looks, he was way too enthusiastic and joyful as compared to waiter you would normally find

Career contentment, perhaps?

Pushing these thoughts aside, I noticed a waiter coming over to my table

This guy was young and had the looks you could name it—just like the cute guy

It made me question if I walked into the right place.

Like what's up with this cafe and it's waiters on who the job feels like a misfit

While my inner monologue ran long, I sensed the waiter saying something.

Making the lucky guess, I assumed he was asking for my order.

"I would like to have a Caffe Latte", I said, placing my order

"Anything else mam?" he replied, smiling.

Phew... I was right.

"No, just a Latte is fine."

"Will be right back ma'am", the waiter said and he went away.

I focused back on enjoying the vibe of this place.
