Aarav's POV

"Huh... why does my head hurt?" I whined as my eyes and head hurt due to the sudden brightness I was met with.

"Oh finally you are awake", Ishita exclaimed as she placed something on the bedside table.

"Should I call them now?" Shreya asked, looking at me as she stood behind Ishita.

Shit... She just saw me like this!! Our cover up is gonna be blown up.

"Oh... actually I was in a bad accid...", I said, not knowing how to cover up this situation.

"Relax, she knows too", Ishita said, giggling as she gently tapped my shoulder.

"What!? Have I gone for so long? I just missed an episode or two", I gasped at the new information.

Soon enough, the guys came into the room.

"You alright, idiot?" Veer asked. But before I could even reply, he engulfed me in a hug.

"Yeah yeah, if you let me breathe", I said, laughing.

I stopped as everyone stood in silence watching me.

"I know this is tough but we need a plan immediately", Shiv said, looking at everyone.

Sameer's POV

We gathered in the backyard, trying to plot something useful.

Everyone looked tensed and there was literally nothing we could do about it.

"So...", I began, staring at the three of them.

"If everyone could share what happened, it'll be useful", I added, looking around the room that was filled with some kind of negative energy.

But I was met with silence.

"First, starting with Veer... what happened with Sara?"

"She is Varma's daughter", he said blankly.

"Oh", Aarav and I gasped at the same time.

"And so you left her just like that?" Shreya cut in the middle.

"Yeah... Or do you think it would have been better if I told her that I'm the one plotting against her father?"

"And she would think that I'm just using her as a part of the plan", he replied, letting it all out.

"That makes sense", Shreya agreed calmly.

"And Aarav...?" I started but trailed off when I glanced his way.

He seemed to be lost in some serious thought as Shiv was aiding his wounds.

"Well... she stabbed me", he choked the words out yet his eyes showed no emotions.

Aarav's POV

"But it was my fault too. I should have known better than this...."

"Every single thing was a set up .Her moving right next to us, acting all sweet. I'm so angry at myself for falling right into her trap."

"She played me a fool. Effortlessly like that", I said, my eyes squeezed shut to control the rising anger.

When I opened my eyes again, they fell on the necklace around my neck.

The one that was filled with love and promises.
