Andrew made a huge effort not to rush out of his seat and drag the bitch out of the classroom to have a heart-to-heart talk in the hallway. He freaked out and, taking a box of matches out of his pocket, shoved one into his mouth, then accidentally bit off the tip. Fuck. He doesn't have the nerve for this viper! He tossed the match to the floor and took out the second one.

How is it taught in Oriental medicine to find peace of mind? Meditate? One, two, three... how the fuck do they meditate? If Andrew threw a chair at the wall, would it work as an exercise for the nervous system? It would definitely help him!

By the end of the class, Andrew had managed to bring his bruised nerves to a state of stability. The main thing for him was to stick to the plan and not to give himself away.

After waiting for everyone to leave the classroom, the student walked slowly to the exit, watching as Elena put her things in her bag.

"You, obviously, are dreaming of being alone with me, Miss Elena?" He said with a chuckle, approaching the teacher.

Still, if he turned into a bunny boy, she would not believe him. And Ledger did not know how to be fluffy in principle, so let her not relax. All the more, it was an incomparable thrill to see Elena's fingernails dug into her palms almost to the point of blood every time he turned to her.

"If it weren't for your father still hoping to unearth your learning ability, I'd rather ride an unridden stallion than waste time on such a useless task".

"You can ride me. I promise, it'll feel so much better".

Chestnut eyes glittered furiously, but for the umpteenth time today Elena managed to restrain herself. Just a goddess of stamina.

"I'm afraid your saddle is shabby. And I prefer exclusive".

She turned around and, tapping her heels to a precise rhythm, left Ledger without a chance to answer. He's always got something to say, the bastard. But the interesting thing is that the girl herself liked this game. Being on guard every time and not knowing how her opponent would behave. Her gambling soul was catching some inexplicable buzz. Though it was mixed with rage, contempt, and even a certain degree of hatred because of impunity, it would be foolish to deny the fact that she was beginning to enjoy the game of war. She even began to wonder who would win in the end. The High Roller, kicking her out of the university, or her, forcing him to accept her rules of the game and finally take up his head?

After classes, Elena came to the auditorium at the appointed time, where Ledger was already waiting for her. He was impudently sprawled out on a chair behind the teacher's desk, chewing gum. The girl's heart skipped a beat as soon as she stepped inside and met his gaze. The guy was unfazed and grinned contentedly. Well, at least he came. She only had to endure his presence for an hour and get ready to listen to the disgusting Spanish speech, raping her ears.

Except that Elena was wrong on two counts at once. As it turned out, Andrew had a very good knowledge of Spanish. He easily talked on free topics, and if he could not pick up a word, he looked up the dictionary on his phone and immediately continued. Elena was even a little taken aback. It turned out that student's level of language was a head higher than that of the other students. Yes, there were problems with words and expressions related to more specific topics, and she had to help, but on the whole Ledger surprised her.

The only annoying thing was that they were distracted almost every minute. Students and professors were constantly peeking into the classroom, preventing them from concentrating. Though their concentration was shaky enough as it was. The fact that Elena had to sit next to Andrew to begin reading the text of a future speech made her nervous. The male's legs under the table were spread wide, touching her knee, and it made it hard to concentrate. In fact, literally everything was throwing the girl off. Even the way he intercepted the sheet from her fingers, turned it toward him and leaned closer to read an incomprehensible sentence. Lena pulled her head back for some reason. She had never done anything like that with the other boys. But here it was as if she was trying to stay away on purpose.
