"Come on!"

Elena freaked out and banged on the steering wheel.

The car stubbornly refused to go. As if it had gone into winter hibernation. Damn service workers. They couldn't do anything right. She threw off her cardigan, leaving it on the driver's seat, and was about to open the hood, when she noticed Andrew approaching with heavy steps. Her heart began to beat faster.

"Aren't you going to congratulate me?" The guy said, coming up to the car.

"I already congratulated you once. Enough of you".

"Why did you run away? Or are you upset with my victory?"

Andrew stepped closer, and Elena moved back, realizing that no more inspection of the damages was out of the question. She had to run far away.

"I didn't really care who won. But I'm happy for you. Once again, you've amused your own ego".

She leaned over, took the keys out of the ignition, grabbed her purse and cardigan, and looked into the guy's eyes. God, what's with the heartbeat?

"And you're a liar!" Without a shadow of a smile stated Ledger. "Get in, I'll drive you".

He turned around and went in the direction of the bike. Elena called out:

"Thank you, no need. It's not far to the bus stop from here".

The sound of her heels scattering in the street was annoying. How much longer could she run? Like hell he was going to let her go now. So she could go back to that jerk? Or who else? Andrew doesn't have the stamina for everyone. He'll just cripple everyone in the end and lock them up in the hospital, and then his father will pay off the police. He doesn't care about that, though. He doesn't give a shit about anything, because these thoughts of the bitch have become unbearable.

Elena walked quickly down the street, trying to run away, only she didn't know whether it was from Andrew or from herself. Evening had fallen on the city. The cool wind was fluttering her hair and the hem of her dress. The rain fell from the sky. First small, then bigger and bigger. Cold drops hit her face. But she didn't have the strength to even put on her cardigan. Wooden fingers dug into the knitted fabric, and suddenly there was the deafening roar of a motorcycle behind her.

She turned around and nearly fell, her heel caught in a crevice of asphalt. The Kawasaki was speeding toward her. It circled around, making her heart clench with fear.

"You're insane!"

Elena shouted. The guy really did look like he had lost his mind.

She finally pulled out her heel and hurried to turn onto the street, where the sidewalks were being rebuilt as of late, so it was blocked off to public traffic. Except a motorcycle could easily squeeze through the small openings. Of course Andrew did it.

God! Elena hurried even more, realizing that there wasn't a soul on the street, and who would come here? A crazy person only to have his legs broken. A pair of street lamps lit the road, and the motorcycle roar was deafening. Andrew circled around Elena once more, closer this time. She winced each time the iron thing came closer. Crazy!

"You're sick, Ledger! Let me go!"

But the guy only shook his head, pulling away further and circling around the girl again. The smell of burnt rubber, and a column of dust rose from under the wheels. Elena coughed. God, he really is out of his mind.

"I'm sick, yes!" Answered Andrew, shouting over the noise of the bike. "And do you know why? Because you made me so, Elena!"

The beast drove sharply toward her, and the girl jumped aside. Fear was joined by anger and adrenaline. He could easily fail to steer, or, in his condition, even run over her on purpose.
