"Thanks for the ride, Dan, you helped me out! "

Elena smiled warmly at her friend. Since the car was still in the parking lot of the university, today she had to respond to Daniel's offer to give her a ride. Andrew would have taken her himself, but he was dropping Mila off at the airport, and Elena was going to take public transport. Dan noticed his friend at the bus stop, and proposed to take her a ride.

"You're welcome" He turned off the starter and turned his gaze to the girl. "Listen, is it true that your Greg is back? "

"For a while. Why? Ira already reported it? "

"Yep. How is it? Are you two together again?" It seemed to Elena that he was somehow unsure of the question.

"No, why would we be? He's got his life, and I got mine".

"I see" Dan smiled and reached out to kiss her on the cheek. "Okay, see ya later!"

Elena said goodbye and got out of the car. A cold wind picked up the leaves from the ground, making the girl shiver. She hadn't slept very well tonight, and in the morning she was sneezing. Looks like Friday's adventure in the middle of the street hadn't gone unnoticed.

Her eyes were a little watery, so she couldn't do much makeup. But she let her hair down.

Last night Andrew did not come, but called. God, that call still sent shivers down her spine. At first they just chatted, and then they switched to a video call. Elena bit her lip, remembering exactly how their conversation had gone. If anyone found out about it, the girl would definitely be kicked out of the college.

She spent the first class in a state of inability. And the second one was just in Andrew's group. The teacher entered the auditorium before the start of the class. Some students were already inside, others were just coming up. Elena sat down at the table, took out sketches for the lesson, when right in front of her a large cup of coffee was dropped.

"Good morning, Miss Narrell!"

A familiar husky voice caused a wave of sensual joy. She looked up and came across a cunning look in the chameleon eyes. Andrew had just returned from the airport. He smiled broadly and asked quite loudly:

"How was your weekend?"

"Fine, thank you for your interest, Mr Ledger! I hope you spent yours well, too?"

"Oh-oh-oh, mine was top! The best weekend ever!"

Turning back to the classroom, he cheekily winked at her, and then went to his desk.

Elena bit her cheek so that the treacherous smile wouldn't give away her happiness. She sipped her fragrant coffee and cast a grateful glance at Andrew. Her favorite cinnamon latte. Wondered how he knew?

Elena began to explain the subject, interrupted occasionally by a sneeze.

Andrew's good mood slowly evaporated when he realized that she was not feeling well.

But he wasn't the only one who understood it. When the teacher once again blotted her eyes with a napkin, Grant from the second desk suddenly decided to join the zombie squad and shouted:

"Miss Narrell, you should lie down at home and take care of yourself"

"Thanks for the advice, Bogdan" Elena replied politely, "But you won't get rid of me so easily, don't even dream of it".

"Come on, Miss Narrell. On the contrary, I am worried about you. If you need any help, tell me! Maybe I should run to the drugstore and get you some pills?"

"Thank you, Bogdan. I'll come by after schoo"l.

"I сan do it, really! Just tell me! I can give you a lift in my car if you need it".
