Vincent's POV
"Senpai, what are you doing?" I heard Haruhi ask once she reached where we were. She seems like the kind of girl who would fall for any guy she sees, that's not who she is. I looked around and I noticed that Kyoya hasn't said much about all that has recently happened.
"Vinnie, are you okay? You're spacing out." I heard Ciel's voice drag me back to reality. I looked down at him and smiled. I'm glad I have him as a little brother.
"I'm fine, Little Bunny. I was just thinking that's all. No need to worry." I tell him. I looked and see that Haruhi still has to introduce herself to Ciel.
"Hey Vincent-Senpai, who's this?" Haruhi asked me.
"This is my little brother Ciel. He's a bit shy toward others he doesn't know." I inform her. This information didn't shock her at all.
"Hello Ciel, I'm Haruhi Fujioka. We're going to be in the same class and year together." Haruhi introduced herself. Once she told him that they were in the same year and class he walked up to her and pulled her into a hug. Now that makes three people of the host club he trust.
"He's warming up to me." she said as he continues to hug her. I could tell that Honey-Senpai and Haruhi were going to care about Ciel as much as I do.
"Hey, Ciel-chan do you want some cake?" Honey-Senpai asked as he held two pieces of Vanilla cake.
"Sure Honey-Senpai." Ciel responded after he finished hugging Haruhi. As Ciel went with Honey-Senpai and Haruhi to a table, I noticed that Kyoya had disappeared. I don't know why, but I started to feel a burning sensation in chest near my heart.
As I looked around the Rose Maze for Kyoya I managed to get lost in it. Great I get lost in a place that causes me to get calm. I feel like a complete idiot. Why did I have to look for him in a maze of all places?
"Vincent, did you manage to get lost here?" I heard someone say from behind me. My instinct was to turn around and drop kick whoever that was behind me, but then I decided against it.
"How did you know I was lost?" I answered their question with a question.
"Oh come on Vincent. You can play dumb with me. I know you were looking for me in this lovely rose maze. After all you a few moments ago you were think of me." the being said while staying behind me. I was starting to get uneasy.
"Kyoya, why did you look unhappy when my brother clung to me for protection?"
"I looked unhappy because he gets to live with you and be at your side 24/7, so I'm envious of him. You do understand that you're my main concern when terrible things will happen. Although I have good news, just yesterday my father told me that I was going to meet my fiancé at a gathering his father is hosting. That was when the thought of you came into my mind." Kyoya told me as he wrapped his arms around my waist. This caused my breath to become a bit shaky.
"Why would you be envious of my brother if at this very moment you've got me trapped in your arms?" The moment I said those words, Kyoya turned me so I was facing him. His eyes were enchanting and captivating that I was suck into a trance. As I kept looking into his eyes I could physically feel the space between us start to close. As we were inching toward each other even more, my breathing became a lot more shaky.
"There's no need to be afraid, Vincent. You won't be harmed. The only thing I truly care about now is that my fiancé will be safe and out of harm's way." Kyoya told me before completely closing the gap between us. As he continued to kiss me it felt so blissful and compassionate. Once I knew that everything was fine, I finally kissed back. It felt like I was on a cloud floating through that sky. When Kyoya broke the kiss it left me breathless.
"Whoa *pants* you're *pants* half bad." I tell him.
"Love *pants* you *pants too." he responded.
"Let's head back to the others." I tell him. Sure this may cause our time alone come to an end, but the others may be getting worried about us. In no time flat we're back in the front of the maze.
"Vinnie, are you okay because your face is all red?" Ciel asked me as I walked toward him.
"I'm perfectly fine, Little Bunny. Just got flustered for getting lost in the Rose maze that's all." I tell him.
"Oh okay." he response in a cute manner. The way Ciel keeps acting makes me remember how I was just about 3 years ago, before that whole incident involving Veronica. None of that matters now because it's all in the past.
"All we have to do now is figure out what 'type' Ciel is for the host club. We already have a 'Boy-Lolita', so how are we going to figure this out, gentleman?" Tamaki spoke up.
"Well, boss we could have Ciel be the 'Innocent' type. That wouldn't interfere with Honey-Senpai being the 'Boy-Lolita'." Hikaru says.
"I agree boss. 'Cause if we have two childlike host, then the club will gain twice as many guest." Kaoru continued after his brother.
"Hahaha Not so fast." I heard a loud boom then the sound of a machine. I wasn't even concerned about the mysterious voice. Once the machine noise got louder, Ciel walked up to me and clung to me, like his life was endangered.
"Ugh. We forgot all about Renge." The twins and Haruhi all say.
"Can't we have a relaxing day without her inferring." Kyoya spoke.
"Well that was rude. Speaking about your manager in that tone. Also I don't agree with Vincent and Ciel joining the club. They don't know how it works, also Ciel would never live up to the role of being innocent. He's got to be hiding some secrets." The strange voice now identified as Renge says as she approaches Ciel. Once again my instincts took over and I was in a protective stance in front of him.
"You actually think you know what role my brother can and can't take, then you're wrong. My brother doesn't hide things. You must of confused him with me." I said in a near growl.
"Vinnie, she's scaring me." I heard Ciel whimper from behind me.
"Don't worry Little Bunny. She won't be laying a hand on you." I reassured him.
"Look how he just cowers behind you like that. He's got to be hiding things. In fact his whole little a-"
"That's enough Renge. Don't you think you've caused enough for today. After all you're competently out of your mind, if you believe you know what's best for the club. You just made yourself the manager without even consulting Tamaki or myself. I think it's about time you head back to France and not return!" Kyoya snapped at her. Now Renge looked terrified, but Kyoya did have a point. She has no right judging people and making assumptions about others without even knowing them.
"B-but K-Kyoya you're suppose to tell me I did a good job and pat me on the head. Why aren't you doing that!" Renge shouted at the top of her lungs. Damn she's annoying. How could the club stand being near her.
"Because that's not how the actually Kyoya we know will act. You were blinded by a game and now you just want to be congratulated for judging others. You've got that wrong. You can't go around places and judge others by their appearances." Haruhi tells her. I'm wondering if that will actually help her out, but then again she seems a bit crazy with a few too many screws loose.
