Under the sea, a baby octopus was crying while baby mermaids surrounded him and insulted him with unnecessary words. From the looks of it, he looks hurt from the words in their mouth...

     "Ew! Azul's a slimy octopus that throws ink at everyone!" A mermaid said, insulting the young Azul. He was a sobbing mess, "Please, stop... Why are you saying that?" He asked, he tried to chase them.

     "Ah~! He's gonna chase us! Run, so you won't be blasted by his disgusting ink!" Another mermaid said, dodging the octopus. Their friend laughed, "He won't able to catch us! He's too slow!"

I was "unique," they say because, unlike those mermaids, I have eight legs with a lot of suckers on them...

I'm a quiet kid back then and couldn't make friends...

I'm bad in school, both in academics and physical education—I'm always alone, an idiotic and ugly octopus...

     "The water gets dirty whenever he's here! Heard that whenever he cries, he releases ink too," a mermaid told his friend, looking at the eating Azul. His friend nodded, "He's easy to get caught while playing hide-n-seek, he's not fun to play with..."

Is that so? Then don't mind me and play your stupid games!

I may not be a fast swimmer, but I can freely control all my 10 limbs at once...

Unlike those only with two arms, I can read grimoires five times more than they could...

Azul was inside a pot, reading something and he didn't notice two baby eels coming from nearby. It was the younger version of Jade and Floyd, which was a surprising sight...

     "Heya there, small octopus~!" Floyd greeted, peeking from the outside pot. "Whatcha doing inside there~?" He asked. Azul used his tentacles to push Floyd's face away from his pot, "Shut up and go away!" He yelled.

The young Jade was complementing the magical circles and spells written within the seashells around the pot, surprised that Azul can do this within a nick of time. The young Azul threatened them about blasting them ink if they touched it and telling them about how he'll be as great as the Great Sea Witch—it perked the interest of the twins...

I spent years and years studying hard until I perfect myself...

It's already the middle school age of Azul along with the Leech Twins. Rumors have said that the chubby mermaid from another class got a girlfriend in exchange for his beautiful voice. Someone in another class said that their classmate's destroyed hair state was finally fixed, but the fins that made them fast were now gone...

     "Hey, Azul, you're the one behind this, right?" Jade asked the octopus. Azul just shrugged, "I don't know. What made you say that?"

     "Those dumb mermaids couldn't use such matured magic to get what they want after all," Jade replied. Floyd chuckled, "You've been studying all this time, you sneaky octopus~!" He teased.

Ah yes, it's all Azul's doing. He showed them the magical contract and his newly found unique magic called It's a Deal. He'll use it to steal someone's magic in exchange for what they need. He'll use it to make everyone praise him and make them feel sorry for what they did to him...

I've never slacked off for a second...

All of those who despised me for my looks deceived me, and their weaknesses I always kept close to my heart...

I'll use it to my advantage! If I manipulate them using their weakness, I could steal their magic...

If I listen to their problems, then I'll be able to their lovely voice...

As long as I have my contract, I'll be inevitable!

I'll show them I'm not the same idiotic, ugly octopus! I will control everything using my power!

Azul's head is placed above the demoness's lap since he has a couple of limbs that are missing. Everyone was worried that the dorm leader might not like this state of the body if he woke up...

     "Thank you, sweetie," (Name) thanked the angel who gave her the grimoire. "Alright, gentlemen. Please don't touch him while I try to regenerate his lost limbs, okay?" She said and opened the grimoire.

A large snake appeared in front of her and slithered above Azul's unconscious body—lying on it as if it was helping the demoness to regenerate his body. Stopping from a certain page, she placed her right hand above the grimoire and the other above Azul's body—both were blinding limelight as a sign of regeneration...

     "What's that, Luke?" Jade asked, pointing at the grimoire. "That's a grimoire," the angel answered as they watched her regenerate the body of Azul one by one.

     "I've never seen that kind of grimoire," Leona huffed. He was amazed that this demoness can heal someone's wounds and regenerate their missing body parts within a short amount of time, "That's one fast healing," he added.

     "Do you need help, (Name)?" Luke asked, sitting beside her. She looked at the angel, who was ready to help her heal the wounded Ashengrotto, "Sure. Do you know how to do it?" She asked.

The angel nodded and placed both his hands above Azul's body—both of his hands glowed, colorless to say the least. Slowly, everybody parts that Azul lost finally regenerated since angels are good at healing wounds faster than demons...

     "He's alright now," she said and closed her grimoire. "Yep, yep!" Luke exclaimed.
