5:30 am – go for a run while listening to the news

6:30am – grab shower

7:00am- leave the house and head to work

8:00am- 9:00am- straighten up the office; write up any messages from the phone; check the Hub; check the email connect to the Hub;

9:00 am- 9:30 –meeting with the staff to go over the schedule

9:30 am – take a walk to the bakery at the harbor; buy 2 hot large coffees and 6 bagels with cream cheese on the side. Make sure two are everything bagels

10:30 am – give the everything bagels to Mrs. Mary. Make sure that there is at least 3 cream cheese.

10:40 am- getting to work on the speech for the meeting with the foreign relations committee

11:00 am- call the crab house and order lunch; get yourself something

11:30 am- check with Mary to confirm the meeting tonight

11:35 am- work on the speech and double check the grammar

Noon- grab lunch from the harbor make sure to tell the press that the crab house in front of the harbor is where you love to get his crab cakes.

12:30- give the staff their lunch. Make sure to also grab yourself a sweet tea. The crab house should have it all together but always check.

12:40- eat lunch in your office; make sure the door is locked so no one walks in; finish up writing the speech; go to the bathroom. Be done eating by 13:00.

13:00- unlock the door; call to confirm that your suit is ready to be picked up

13:30- review your speech; go pick up your suit

14:00- mediate and make sure to go over the speech in the mirror.

15:00- go to defense meeting; hopefully there will be coffee. Pray to God there will be coffee.

16:30- change out of your clothes and put on the suit; make sure you look like you are together; make sure you have your speech; Make sure to grab you and Mary both a coffee, make sure she has 4 sugar cubes;

17:00- make sure that there is water at your desk; take your own notes; compare them with Mary's tomorrow

19:00- take the time during the brief break to go to the bathroom; when you come back boost her confidence by giving her a nod and a smile

19:30- thoughtfully take notes on the other speeches; listen to what the other senators must say; look at your competition

21:00- congratulate yourself on your speech; boost your ego by making sure that the cake was delivered to the office; make sure to give Mary some to take to her family; thank her for sticking with you through the craziness of today

22:00- make sure that she gets home; head back to the office and make sure you have all your stuff; drive home.

23:30- make sure to feed the cat; get dinner out from the crockpot;

24:30- get a shower; set your alarm from 5:30am
