A super chilly November came by quick and my first year Halloween was now an old memory. Bad old memory. No costume, no candies, no scare-pranks. The morning rose with it's sunlight brightening the windows. It made me wipe my eyes groggily while yawning quietly. I stretched and rolled out of bed. Brianna was resting nicely. Hermione wiped her face tiredly but rolled out of bed. Before I knew it, she slowly awoke. I smirked. "Well good morning now." I teased. "Hm. Feeling chipper huh? What a positive gratitude." Hermione teased. I nodded in agreement and fake smiled. "Not even thinking about this insane Halloween. Not even mad about my mental little sister spoiling it." I said through gritted teeth. She playfully rolled her eyes. Brianna sighed annoyedly. "Not when you did a marvelous job at it." She sassed. I rolled my eyes as she rolled out of bed. "What time is it?" She asked. Hermione cleared her dry throat. "Only 7:20am." She told her. My eyes diverted to the window. Tiny white snowflakes were falling. Wait, what? I ran to the window and opened it. Snow!! It's snowing! I smiled widely. "Guys, it's snowing!" I squealed. I've always loved snow growing up. Me and Harry used to have snowball fights all the time including making snowmen with our godparents. Mom would wait till the first snow fall to make snow cones for Kyle's birthday. Brianna smiled. "Snow?! Yay!" She cheered. Hermione chuckled. "Brings back memories at home." She said. "Same here." We said in unison. I wrapped my dress robe around my shoulders. "Hopefully we'd get more on Christmas." I said, putting my wand in my pocket. She nodded before we left our room and headed downstairs. We came to the Hall where Harry and the guys sat across. He saw me and smiled excitingly. I maintained a giggle. As usual, I sat next to Hermione with Brianna on my right. Ron huffed. "Help me! Harry's been too happy today!" He complained dramatically. Brianna looked at me while smirking. I playfully rolled my eyes. "Why?" Hermione asked. I smiled and made an egg sandwich. "Because today's Quidditch practice. Last one before next term." I told her. She sighed. "Of course, that's why." She mumbled annoyedly. Hermione playfully rolled her eyes and ate her food. "Blimey. Someone's grumpy." She said. "As usual." Me and Harry muttered. Ron covered his mouth in a snicker. "Imagine being possessed by treasure." He whispered. Apparently Brianna can be grumpier even after Halloween. That's just her. I shrugged. "Bet it's exciting! Out on the field again. Have any letters from your parents after the game?" I asked. He quickly nodded. "Dad's Howler was convincing!" He said, chuckling. I laughed. We'd all know James's excitement about him winning the game. I smiled shyly. "Um...you don't mind if I come to your practice? Watch your "skills." I said, using air quotes. Hermione low-key smirked. Harry nearly dropped his spoonful in shock. "Oi! Uh...really? You're sure?" He asked. I playfully rolled my eyes and sighed. "No, I meant join the game." I said sarcastically. He smiled sweetly. "Alright Niff." He said. My cheeks burned red. Brianna low-key giggled. "The Twilight movie begins." She teased. Hermione kicked her shin underneath. She yelped in slight pain. I smiled satisfyingly.

At the Quidditch pitch, snowfall was beginning to stop immediately. I put away my dress robe and wore my warm outfit to sit on the wide bench:
Oliver was working the team crazily and Harry was doing his very best. I watched him back and forth effortlessly to catch the fake Snitch. I enjoyed watching the Chasers mainly. They were fast but flawless with their hands throwing the Quaffle. Harry was flying upwards and down in order to get closer to the snitch. He flew past the bench, waving. I smiled while giving him a thumbs up. He returned the gesture. "Watch out Potter!" Someone yelled. A Quaffle flew towards him and he ducked his head. I breathed a breath of relief. He didn't know where he was going till he slammed into another house bench wall. He fell off his broom and landed on his hand harshly. My jaw dropped. "Harry!" I panicked before leaving the bench to the pitch. Oliver flew down and checked on him. He groaned painfully while clutching his left hand. All the teammates went to see the little commotion. I ran up to him and kneeled down. "Harry! Are you ok?!" I asked worriedly. He hissed in pain. "It's just my hand!" He said through gritted teeth. Aww! I carefully took off his glove and cringed. Everyone cringed painfully. His wrist was badly folded. Not to mention the little floor burns. His eyes widened. Gosh this needs more than bandages. I smiled sheepishly.
Harry was taken to Madam Pomfrey by Oliver. I'm gonna be a sweet best friend and give him candy to make him feel better. Two Hershey bars were in my pocket including my tablet. The chocolate was a package from Kyle. I walked in to see him on a right side bed in his Quidditch uniform. His hand and wrist was full of stitches. I smiled jokingly. "Hi Prongslet!" I joked. Prongslet was the nickname given by fellow Marauder and godfather Sirius. Mine always been Niff or Niffy. He smirked. "Did you bring any pumpkin juice or get-well gifts?" He teased. I pulled out the chocolate bars and returned the gesture. Harry stared at them hungrily before snatching it off my hand. "Easy there bear!" I joked. He ignored, unwrapping the deliciousness. I sat beside his legs and pulled out my tablet. "Since there's no TV to brighten your spirits, I think a movie wouldn't hurt." I told him. He scoffed and smiled. "Bloody yes!" He cheered. I chuckled while putting on Aladdin. He scooted over so I can sit beside him. The tablet was on my lap. We began watching and eating chocolate. Harry hummed in response. "Where's everybody else?" He asked. I shrugged. "Still at class or studying. They'll come soon." I told him. He nodded in understanding. Prince Ali began playing. We laughed and sang along. I playfully danced but mimicked the Genie's voice. Harry kept giggling. I playfully poked his nose. "Don't dance. You're still badly injured." I said. He scoffed and danced goofily without moving his hand. I covered my mouth from snickering. He shrugged. "What? You'll be giving me lessons so I gotta practice." He joked. I laughed. Madam Pomfrey walked pass so we quieted down. The song ended anyway. He sighed. "Rubbish isn't it? It's only November and we already been to the hospital three times. How mental." He said. I pouted, crossing my arms. "Hard to believe I got grounded on Halloween." I whined. He playfully rolled his eyes and smirked. "There's always next year Sky." He assured. I fake pouted. A Whole New World began playing. My eyes widened. "Here comes our song!" I beamed, smiling. He chuckled and cleared his throat. "I can show you the world. Shining, shimmering, splendid. Tell me princess, now when did you last let your heart decide? I can open your eyes, take you wonder by wonder. Over sideways and under on a magic carpet ride..." He trailed off. His singing was surprisingly on key for an eleven year old. I madly blushed as Jasmine's part came. "A whole new world, a dazzling place I never knew. But when I'm way up here, it's crystal clear but now I'm in a whole new world with you." I playfully sung. We kept singing while slow dancing funnily. "Let me share this whole new world with you." We sung. "A whole new world, it's where we'll be, a thrilling chance, a wondrous place for you and me." We finished. Harry carefully clapped. "That was bloody good!" He said proudly. I smiled shyly. "Yeah. Good." I agreed. He scoffed, holding my hand. "Yours sound better than mine." He said. My cheeks burned. We continued watching movies till I yawned tiredly. My eyes were barely opening. Harry looked at me in awe and laid my head on his shoulder. His other hand intertwined with mine. His head snuggled against mine before falling asleep. Whoo...what a day.
