"This is your fault. All of it." Cordell growled, waving his gun at Stan. "Just-just... just think for a second. Will you just think? Think about what you're doing?" Stan pleaded.

"What I'm doing? They're dead because of you! My wife is dead because of you! So don't tell me to think about what I'm doing." Cordell sneered, grabbing the gun with both hands again. "Uh, well, I-I don't know what Carlos told you here..." Stan attempted to say but Cordell didn't want to hear it.

"No, he told me enough. He told me you were there at the hospital with Cali, a contract killer. He told me you forced him to confess to Emily's murder." Cordell stated. "Now, that's not... that's not what happened." Stan said, shaking his head.

"You talked him through it, didn't you?" Cordell asked. "No." Stan replied. "Told him what to say? Because Stan Morrison, DPS commissioner, would know exactly what would hold up in court. You forced us to live a lie. That ends today!" Cordell growled, taking a step towards Stan, who in turn took a step back.

"Okay. Oh, I-I was there, all right? I was there. All right? But Cali forced me to coach him how to take the fall. All right? He was dying. It was my idea to pay him." Stan explains. "Oh, look at you. Quite a saint. Yeah." Cordell sneered. "No. That's not...."

"You are involved in a cover-up with Northside Nation. How deep do they have their hooks in you?" Cordell asked, then he looks down at Bryon's body. "Santos. He had something on you, didn't he? No gun wound. They didn't do this. You did this."

"You don't even know what you're looking at." Stan told him. "I never figured you for a killer, Stan." Cordell said, then he lowers the gun and looks him dead in the eye. "Did you kill my wife?" He asked, quietly.

"Cordi. No." Stan replied, but Cordell knew he was lying and he held up the gun once more. "So, what, you're gonna take me in now, or what-what... what happens?" Stan asked, spreading his arms.

"You said that like you were hoping I would say Yes. Like someone who still has people on the inside." Cordell said and Stan exhales sharply. "Give me your phone. Then get in the truck." Cordell instructed.

Stan reaches into his back pocket and pulls out his phone, holding it out to Cordell. "Drop it." Cordell ordered and Stan does so, walking to the truck. Cordell picks up the phone, shuts the trunk of the truck, and gets in the passage seat while Stan gets in the driver seat and starts the engine.

"Where we going?" Stan asked, turning his head to look at Cordell, who stares back at him with such a fierce glare, it's as if literal fire was behind those moss green eyes. "Drive."

Meanwhile, the Walker family, Bret, and (Name) were at Stan's house, who had offered it to Abby and Bonham so that they can have a nice place to renew their wedding vows.

Stella was ringing the doorbell as (Name) and Bonham looks at the sign above the door that said: STAN'S PLACE. "Subtle, isn't it?" (Name) said, pointing at the sign and Bonham chuckles.

"Didn't he say he was gonna meet us here?" Abby asked as her husband gets out his phone and dials Stan's number. "Yeah, Stan, it's Bonham. Look, I don't know if you're having any regrets about hosting this little vow renewal thing, but we're here and, uh..."

As Bonham spoke into his phone, August looks under a Lion statue at the front door and finds a set of keys. "Hey. I found it. Let's go." He announced, holding up the keys.

"Yeah, listen, don't file charges, but we're, uh, about to break into your house." Bonham said into his phone as August unlocks the door to let them in. "Well, thank you." Abby said to August, who was looking around the nice place in awe.
