Chapter 9: Day 1, here we go.

The Next Day

Jessica awoke again to another note from Leland on her pillow.

Jessica,

You fell asleep and I had to go back to my room. I did not want to wake you, you are so beautiful when you sleep. We need to be ready to go by 9. I had the most amazing night with you last night. I can't wait to spend more time with you, see you in the lobby. I hope you slept well.

Jessica looked at the clock it was 7:30, she quickly hopped into the shower and headed down to the lobby to grab something quick to eat from the continental breakfast. While she was down there she ran into Beth.

"Hey, how are you this morning?" Beth asked

"I'm great, how are you, did you sleep well?" Jessica replied.

"I did, hey did Leland stop by and have you sign some papers?"

"Yes he did, it is all set."

"Good, well I need some coffee, see you in the lobby."

Beth headed out, Jessica finished her yogurt and peice of fruit then headed to the front, no one was there yet so she just sat down and started to go and make sure she had all her equipment for the day. The first people down were Dog and Beth, after that the rest of the crew came down in one large wave. Beth introduced Jessica to the film crew then they all went on their way, Jessica went on the bus with the family to start taking some pictures. The crew was talking about who they were dealing with on the way over. After a few mins. Leland came over to help Jessicca put on her vest.

"Lets get you all set before we get there, that way we can focus on the bounty hunters there." He said as he lifted her vest over her head.

"Thanks" she replied as she put down her camera. When they arrived at the location she followed them in, let the film crew do their job but made her way around to take some photos. It was hard trying to get the shots she wanted with a camera crew there. They got a file together then decided to head out. Beth told Jessica to get in the trunk of the car they were in. At first she was surprised by that. She saw another member of the team get in a trunk so she just went with the flow.

"Jessica, when we get out stay in the front with me and get whatever you can get. You can move around where I can see you but that is it right now. Alright." Beth said rather sternly.

"Ok, got it." she quickly said back.

It took them about 20 mins to get to the location, everything happend so fast, as soon as the trunk went up Jessica was out with her camera, she stood right by Beth for a moment to get her berings, then she took off, snapping pics non stop. She was getting every second, from running up to geting in the house, to when they came out with the first fugitive. It was such a rush, she couldn't believe it. She documents as they put the fugitive in the car, the search before and quickly got some shots of Dog and the bondsman sitting on either side, after that she headed back to her spot in the trunk of the car. A quick ride to the jail to another quick photo op of them bringing him to the doors for booking. Next, interviews with the cast, Jessica documented that as well, trying not to get in the way of the crew. They went back to the office and they started to go over procedures and how everthing went on that day. They knew areas where they had to work on and gave them things to work on for the next day. The team headed out for the day. Jessica thought they went through everything so fast but the time they were leaving it was almost 9 at night, 12 hours went by faster then she could blink. She went back on the bus with the family and they all went through the day, they talked about what to do with everyone the next day. After that Leland turned to Jessica.

"How was your first day?" He asked with a smile.

"Intense! More intense then I thought it would be." Jessica replied.

"That was not even a bad one, that was a warm up one." Beth continued. Jessicas eyes just got wider when she said that. Everyone began to laugh, "You did good though, and you listened to me, you have the most important rule down. Keep up the good work, do you think you can show me a few shots in the morning?"

"Absolutely, I will work on it when I get back." Jessica answered

"Great, alright everyone, we will meet at 10 tomorrow alright." the whole group just nodded and got off the bus and headed into the hotel.

Jessica headed straight to her room to move on editing, she kept going into the night to get Beth as many photos as she is expecting and a few more, by the time she was done it was 2:30 in the morning, she had about 50 photos roughly done, a little from every part of the day, she loaded them onto the Ipad to take with her in the morning then headed off to bed.
