The next morning Jessica woke up still in Lelands arms, she turned her head and gave him a light kiss on the lips, he did not wake up she just got up, got dressed and went to the bathroom, Sarah was not up yet so she went and curled up back in bed with him, when she got back in bed he woke up.
"Good morning." he said to her giving her a kiss.
"Good morning, how did you sleep?" she asked.
"I slept great, how about you?"
"Very well," She said as she reached for his hand, as she held his hand she stared at her bracelet, she was making sure it was not a dream, he did give that to her, which means he did say he loved her. She could not be any happier if she tried. Just then his phone rang.
"Bail bonds." he said as he picked it up, he then sat up in bed and talked for a few mins. "Well tell him he needs to get into the office to fill out that paperwork or we have the right to revoke his bond, do you need me in there? Ok I am on my way." he hung up the phone.
"Sorry, I have to go, I will come back later to check on you and check out the security system, when are they coming by?"
"two, I will let you know by text. Go to work." He got up and got dressed then grabbed his stuff, she walked with him to the door, he leaned in and kissed her
"I love you." he said with a smile.
"I love you too, be safe." she replied with another quick kiss, and he headed out the door.
Jessica got ready for the day, Woke up Sarah and got her breakfast before school then dropped her off at school, when she came back and was waiting for the security person when her phone rang.
"Hello this is Jessica." She said.
"Hey Jessica, this is Beth, how are you?" she asked concerned.
"I am doing alright, still a little sore but getting better, I got a new front door, and I have the security place coming today to install my system."
"Oh that is great, you still going to be alright for next week?"
"Yes the doctor said I can still take pictures just every once in a while take a break and I should be just fine."
"Good I am glad to hear that, has Leland been taking care of you?"
"Yes he has been great, he had to go to the office for something, but he said he was going to come by later."
"Great to hear it, well I have to go, but I will call you tomorrow about the details of our trip."
"Sounds good, talk to you soon, Take care."
"You too bye."
"Bye." Jessica hung up her phone. It was almost two, she knew she might not be able to pick up Sarah so she called Amanda about picking her up again.
"Hey girl," she said when Amanda picked up
"Hey, whats up?" she replied
"Do you mind picking up Sarah again today, I have the security people coming to install today and I don't know if they will be done in time, Leland had to go to the office so it is only me who can wait."
"Sure, that is what you pay me for." she said with a giggle. "How are you today."
"Not too bad, pain is getting less everyday, I have to tell you something when you come over, I can't now I see the alarm people in the driveway, got to go."
