was a Sunday night in Florida when Jessica heard a knock on her door, when she answered she found a county sherrif standing there. She looked at him and immediately she knew this was not going to be good news.
"How can I help you officer?" She asked knowing she was not going to want to hear the answer.
" Are you Mrs.Silver?" the officer asked with no expression on his face
"Yes sir, is there something wrong?"
"Mam, I am sorry to have to tell you this but your husband was in a car accident tonight, he was treated, but unfortunately he was pronounced dead on the scene"
Jessica just stood there in disbelief she didn't know what to say or do, the officer reached out and touched her hand telling her how deeply sorry he was for her loss. Jessica just thanked the officer, closed the door, sat at her kitchen tabel and cried.
