Taylors POV
Standing up in our bedroom in the hazy morning light I look down and realise that my jumper dresses may not be enough to conceal this bump that is forming, the usually loose T-shirt that I wear to bed is already stretching around its circumference. The material collecting around my middle as I stand before Matthew and he bends and kisses me there.
"You feeling okay today?" He asks me looking up at me through his brunette curls.
"Feeling heavy down there, like everything's been growing. I don't know I can't explain it" I tell him. We've showered together and I'm deciding what to wear, something that is both comfortable and doesn't make me look overly pregnant. I pull out a silk scarf from the wardrobe with Burberry patterning on it, a black jumper dress and tights. Thanking the cold weather for allowing me to hide under my wool coat for most of the day at university.
"Maybe we should start measuring it" I suggest smiling over at him as he pulls a jumper on.
"It's been growing, I can tell" he smiles standing up and ruffling his hair.
"We may be close to telling the others" I say softly and he nods watching me.
"I got some things from the store yesterday" he explains and I eye him.
"Prenatal vitamins" he smiles and I hug him, everything sets me off. A relatively small gesture has me in tears.
"You went out to get vitamins" I smile at him and he chuckles hugging me.
"Of course I saw how tired you were and thought it might help" he says.
"Thank you, daddy to my babies" I say smiling.
"Do you think we will have girls or boys" he smirks and I kiss him. Imagining a boy and a girl, Both of them with brunette hair and blue green eyes.
"I think we will have one of both" I smile and he giggles.
"If we have two boys or two girls we can twin their outfits" I explain and he blushes.
I insist on making us eggs on toast for breakfast as he stands behind me stroking bump occasionally, kissing my neck and humming in my ear. We eat in each others arms refusing to sit down but instead spooning forkfuls into each others mouths.
"Oh" I say feeling decisively sick.
"Sickness" I say disengaging myself from Matthew and running upstairs. Much to my own disgust I throw everything back up.
"Taylor" Matthew says rubbing my back.
"Ugh I'm so hungry" I say brushing my teeth again.
"Shall we try something else to eat" he asks and I smile up at him.
"Doughnuts and shakes on the way in, what babies don't like doughnuts and shakes?!" he smiles as I reapply my lipstick and spritz myself with perfume. I nod to him happily and he guides me down the stairs, shrugging on my pale grey wool coat and beanie before we leave.
Carrying my bags to the car, he straps me in and smiles down at me. Driving just a touch slower than he normally would so as not to jolt me around too much. We pull into a drive thru and he orders cheesy fries and milkshakes and two doughnuts. I smile over at him as he chuckles when I take a bite of the fries.
"So far so good" I tell him as he rejoins the highway.
"Babies love takeout" he smiles and I kiss him on his cheek.
Matthew reverse parks in the university parking lot in our usual bay next to Jays car. He eyes me possessively as if he doesn't want to leave me at all, and I feel the familiar pull towards him.
