Not A Revenge- Chapter 3

Hailee was so mad at Callan. She knew Callan wouldn't do things that would tear up their relationship . Her jealousy took over and started to ask Callan about the picture.

Hailee and Callan's txt converation

Hailee : Callan
Callan : Hey beautiful ! How are you? Are you alright?

Callan knew something was up everytime Hailee calls him with his first name.

Hailee : what are you doing?
Callan : Just here in my bed. I'm pretty exhausted after the wedding. Later, Alex and some friends we will be going out to go sight seeing in some place here in Rome.
Hailee: How come you never mentioned her?
Callan : Never mentioned who Babe?
Hailee : oh don't play numb with me.

Hailee sent him the photo she saw earlier. Callan's eyes widened in shock but he had his explanation for Hailee so she wouldn't get the wrong idea.

Callan: Babe it wasn't like that okay? I didn't know she was there before until the reception. We just talked for like 15 mins. I also told her about us so there's nothing to worry about believe me.

Hailee: atleast somebow you told me she was there. Do you have any idea how i'm feeling right now?knowing my boyfriend is miles away and now with the girl he had a crush on and I am here not knowing what you two doing were doing over there.
Callan : I'm sorry baby. Please calm down . I love you you know I'm not like that. I will never hurt you. You don't have to be jealous because you are the only one I want not Isabelle or any other girl. Yes i told you I had a crush on her but it was a long time ago. I barely recognized her believe me. My feelings for her disappeared after I met you. I can assure you there is nothing to worry about babe. I love you.

Callan tried to call Hailee to let her know there is nothing to worry but Hailee didn't want to answer his calls. So he texted her again.

Callan : Babe just hear me out. please answer the phone.
Hailee : No.
Callan : I know you're really mad at me now but I promise you I'm not gonna do anything to hurt you. Don't get upset please baby. I would never cheat on you. I don't want you feeling like this. If you don't want to talk to me, I'll let you. Tell me when you're ready I'll be waiting for you baby. I love you.

Hailee's PoV

I know Callan was telling the truth and I believe him but I couldn't help to feel jealous about it. Tears were escaping my eyes because of my jealousy. I tried to calm down but I'm still mad and i don't want to talk to him. So after work I decided to go to the nearest bar alone to get some drinks. A man approached me at while I was sipping my drink then suddenly everything went blck.

Callan's POV

I was waiting for Hailee to call me but I didn't get any. So I called Alex and told him about and I need to get home to Hailee. He helped me booked the earliest flight and luckily there was one. I packed my bags and quickly went to the airport . During the flight all I could think about was Hailee and how am im I gonna make it up to her. She didn't know I was on my way home maybe I could surprise her.

Hailee's POV

I woke up and my head was aching. I knew i went to the bar last night but I barely remember what happend. I turned to the other side and my eyes widened to see a man sleeping half naked beside me and I was naked too. My heart was pumping really fast. I tried to remember the scenarios at the bar and how I ended in my room with this man. I remember he sat beside me while drinking then went to the dance floor and I remembered we made out during the dance then it went too far and it ended here. I cried, I cheated on Callan and I didn't mean to. I'm really sorry baby. I felt disgusted with myself and I didn't know what to do. I quickly put on a robe as I was struggling and my hands were shaking while covering my naked body. Suddenly the door swung open and my heart dropped.
