"So how was your flight?" Enid asked the young psychic as they got ever closer to her brothers.

"Dreadful and not the fun suspense filled dread, the loud and annoying kind." Wednesday responded as they finally met up with Enid's brothers.

"It saddens me deeply that they do not allow knives on flights, yet they allow the insufferable noise makers that are babies. And who knew having three family members on the no-fly list would make it so much more difficult to get through airport security."

"Three what how? Oh shit forgot to introduce myself." Fallon began but was cut off by Wednesday.

"You must be Fallon Enid's eldest brother, which makes you Roman." Wednesday said turning her head to face Enid's brothers. "And to answer your question my father and mother were both banned due to their excessive public displays of affection, and my uncle Fester was banned due to sky diving out of the back of a plane after claiming to have a bomb."

Enid couldn't keep her eyes off of Wednesday as she spoke. The way her long braided pigtails swayed slightly, her nape, and her moving backpack. Wait her backpack was moving? Enid inched ever closer and gently opened the small black backpack peering inside she saw the unmistakable fingers of Thing.

"No way your uncle is D.B. Cooper." Roman declared with a short laugh.

Wednesday stood still for a moment just staring at the older boy which sent shivers up his spine as his entire body visibly shook.

"You don't have to believe me but that doesn't change the truth of the statement." Wednesday retorted turning around finally catching on to Enid's antics with her backpack.

"Damn. Okay then." Roman responded thinking of how aptly Enid had described the girl.

"Eep." Enid squealed as she was just a few inches away from Wednesday's face as the shorter girl looked up at her.

"You can have your reunion with Thing once we get out of the airport. He's not the brightest and I don't want him getting lost. He may prove to be valuable during my stay."

There was a muffled thump that came from the backpack. Enid gave Wednesday a small pout, but respected her friend's wishes. They meandered their way towards the baggage claim, and it wasn't long until a rather large black suitcase came into view. As soon as it came into her view Enid knew the bag could only belong to one person. Enid ran over to grab Wednesday's suitcase, figuring that since she had her werewolf strength it would be far easier for her to carry it than Wednesday. Just as she was reaching for the handle her hand was smacked out of the way.

"Wednesday I can carry it for you." Enid pouted.

"While I understand you are physically stronger than me and that it would be far easier for you to carry my suitcase than I. However my typewriter is inside and it requires a certain amount of care in it's handling." Wednesday informed Enid as she carefully pulled her suitcase from the conveyor belt.

Enid let out a whine and was sulking beside Wednesday. Although it made sense that she would have to be careful with the suitcase given the contents, she still wanted to be courteous and help with carrying something. Wednesday most have noticed as she let out a deep sigh and held her smaller luggage case towards her colorful friend.

"You can carry this if you're that adamant about carrying something." Wednesday was staring into Enid's eyes which caused the other girl to take a few moments and a few deep breaths before accepting it.

Enid could feel the heat on her cheeks as she grabbed the bag from Wednesday their fingers touching for just a brief moment, but long enough to send a shockwave through her body. She took a moment to steady herself, her chest felt off though she couldn't truly describe what she was feeling much less even begin to understand why it was she was feeling that way. She shook her head to clear her thoughts, now wasn't the time to do emotional digging she needed to get Wednesday settled into her house.
