Fleetway's Torment

Arrest

Scourge gagged at the sight of Tails' body and he hears movement from down stairs going to upstairs.

Amy Rose was going through the house after spotting Scourge going into the house moments ago.

She reaches Tails' bedroom and sees his body, her friend with his heart ripped out with the same look of fear on his face. She vomited  before noticing Scourge and glaring at him.

Amy: 'YOU KILLED TAILS! YOU MONSTER!'
Scourge: 'I DIDN'T! I JUST WENT HERE AND FOUND HIM LIKE THIS! I SWEAR!'
Amy: 'I'VE HAD IT! I HATE YOU SCOURGE! FIRST SONIC AND SHADOW DISAPPEAR AND NOW YOU HAVE KILLED TAILS!'
Scourge: 'I TOLD YOU! I DIDN'T FUCKING KILL TAILS!
Amy: 'WELL I DON'T BELIEVE  A SINGLE WORD THAT YOU SAY SCOURGE!'

Amy stormed out the house and called the police. Scourge was left with Tails' body and he gagged again, Scourge then went down stairs as he was trying to leave  but the police had arrived and now surrounded him.

Police: 'You are under arrest for suspected murder!'

They then forced scourge into handcuffs and put him in the back of a police car.

Scourge: 'I'm innocent!'

The driver in the car turned to look at him, it was a black furred jackal.

Jackal: 'Tell that to the judge'
Scourge: 'But I am-'
Jackal: 'Shut up-'

Scourge kicked the Jackal's chair in irritation. The jackal turned to face him in anger.

Jackal: 'Soon enough I'll have you down for assaulting an officer.'

Scourge huffed in anger

Scourge: 'Alright Jackass' (Scourge, the man to actively treat the police like shit while being arrested even if its justified)

Scourge arrived at a police station and was thrown in a room.  The jackal removed his jacket and smirked like a creep.

Jackal: 'Enjoy your stay!'

The jackal then slammed the cell shut and locked it

Scourge had no idea what to do anymore.

Scourge: 'Manic.... I need you'

Later, in the morning. Silver and Mephiles woke up and looked at their phones.

Silver: 'Oh my god!'

The very first thing they both saw was a  notification of the news. On the news it stated

'Scourge the hedgehog has been arrested for murdering Tails the fox!'

A small section underneath mentioned a section underneath of Amy rose being the one and only witness.

Silver: 'But scourge told me yesterday he was just going to go to tails. I-I didn't think...' Silver couldn't contain his sadness and he started to sob. Tails and Scourge were two of his best friends, he couldn't believe one was dead and the other was arrested for killing him.

Mephiles: 'There must have been a mistake! Must be!' Mephiles hugged Silver tight and let Silver cry into his shoulder. As long as Silver needed him, Mephiles would be there.

Deep inside, Mephiles was infuriated. He had never really liked tails and especially not after how Tails had treated Silver so he did not care for his death but to see Scourge in jail for it was a surprise. If Mephiles was honest, even if it was scourge he shouldn't have been arrested as Tails was such a fool he deserved to die (Yeesh mephiles, never get on his bad side)

Meanwhile at the police station, the jackal was laughing to himself.

Jackal: 'Soon that hedgehog will be in jail!'
Another officer had then asked why he hates hedgehogs so much. The jackal the gave that officer a death stare.

Scourge looked through a window at the Jackal and shoved his middle finger up at him.

Scourge had one specific thing he wanted to say specifically to the Jackal which was also exactly what he wanted to say to Amy.

'Go fuck yourself'
