Chaos.

Absolute chaos erupted down the hall. Snape quickly got to his feet, slamming his fist on the table in frustration at the interruption. August and he were reviewing her essay together. When the door swung open, August's lip twitched at the sight. The twins were hysterically laughing, holding their stomachs as the rest of the class was sprinting down the hall screaming. Professor Umbridge seemed to be on the verge of tears, shaking her hands through her hair. Small lizards were running down the hall, around her feet.

The night before.

'I need your cloak.' Harry shot up from his bed, reaching for his wand. It was the middle of the night, and August was towering over his bed, staring down at him.

"Jesus Christ, Moon!" Harry hissed, "What time is it?"

"3 am." She said, "I need your cloak." She put her hand out to him

"For what?"

"A thing." She said with a straight face.

"What's in the bag?" He pointed at the duffle bag over her shoulder.

"Would you believe me if I told you, I had 64 lizards in there."

"I'm sorry?"

"I need your cloak, Harry." She looked at her watch, "I got places to be, lizards... to charm."

Harry groaned, got up, and lifted his mattress. "I'm going to have to find a new hiding spot."

"Oh, I knew where it was." August smiled, "I just didn't want to steal it from you."

"Thanks..." He handed her the cloak, "Can I atleast come with?"

"Yeah, probably for the best." She shrugged, "I'm going to need a lookout."

The pair made their way to the Defence Against the Dark Arts classroom. She lifted her finger to her mouth, telling Harry they had to be really quiet. She could hear the professor's snores from the chambers off of the classroom. She put the duffle bag down, and even though she had told him exactly what was in the bag, he was still surprised when she started pulling out jars of lizards. Just like in her office, there is a wall filled with porcelain plates, with cats on them.

She gently pulled a lizard out of a jar and held it up to a plate where she put a small sticking charm on it.

"Is that safe?"

"Oh, they're fine." August looked back at him, "They're not real lizards. They're sticks, I transfigured."

Once each lizard stuck to a plate, she backed away and started whispering a charm. They all started to morph into the cat portrait that was on the plates.

"In about 7 hours, this will wear off." A smile slowly formed on her face, "And then this wall will be raining lizards."

"Why do all of this, instead of just letting them free yourself?"

"Because Harry," August beamed brightly, "I'm not allowed in this classroom."

"Wait..." Harry's eyes went wide, watching her put all the empty jars back in her bag, he saw her wand in her back pocket and realized she hadn't even taken it out for all of this.

"You two!" Snape roared, gliding down the hallway toward the twins. Through their laughter, they put their hands up.

"Not us, Professor!" Fred laughed

"I wish it was!" George snorted, "It was brilliant!"

Umbridge looked up with her hair a total mess and saw August standing at the end of the hall, smiling.
