"Miss. Young Miss." Revan said softly and groaned, hiding my face in my hands.
"Go away!" I said, I would have seriously bit him.
"Young Miss, it's already eight, how long are you planning on staying here?" He asked and it took a second for me to register everything but when it did I shot up, wide awake in a damn second.
"Why didn't you wake me up sooner?" I exclaimed as my mind took it's time to come back to reality.
"Ma'am I have been trying for an hour." He said with that same straight face and I felt my jaw drop. What?
After bawling my eyes out for a long time, I got down the tree and went back to where me and Di were sat on the beach but she was nowhere to be found. Also I didn't wanna leave the calming sight of the waves and decided to stay there, I didn't even realise when I fell asleep.
"Your elder brother has been calling non-stop." Revan decided to drop another bomb and I snatched my phone from his hand, opening the call log I saw all the calls from everyone.
"I texted them so they won't call but it seems they didn't care." Again Revan gave me a full blown imaginary punch, I opened the messages and saw his text that he had sent to Dada, 'Don't call.'
Why does this always happen to me?" I felt like crying imagining Dada's face, red with anger.
"Revan." I seriously wanted to push him in the sea but he would most probably swin back to safety and who was I kidding, I wasn't someone who had the strength to do that.
"Let's go home." I said and he nodded, I got on his bike and we left.
The mansion came into my view sooner than expected, and along with it came the dread that I was feeling, I remembered everything that happened on the beach and I just couldn't believe that Aahar had lied through his teeth, they all had.
Yet what was more important was that I learnt the session that I needed to, I knew what they truly did and I decided that I won't give them satisfaction of playing with my feelings very again.
Once there I got down from the bike and went inside, telling Revan to rest for the day, I saw everyone was in the living room but I ignored them all and went along with my way but I guess people had other plans.
"Where were you?" Dada asked and I just shugged.
"Aahara where were you? And what did you say to Sahara? Why has she been crying her eyes out?" This time it was Aadinew Bhaiya, I felt my heart clench at the thought of her crying but I reminded myself that I wouldn't become a part of this drama again.
"Seriously what's going on here?" Kal snapped, if looks could kill I would have been dead that very second.
"How would I know that she was crying?" I asked, my frustration surfacing. Didn't care when I cried but now you all are here fighting for your sister.
"Aahara what's wrong Baby?" Mumma said but I ignored her and again went ahead to go to my room but the staircase was blocked by none other than Dad himself.
"I want an explanation as to why my daughter is crying." He said and I just looked at him and scoffed.
"Why? You didn't care when I use to cry." I said and his jaw clenched. Good. You deserve it.
"Aahara!" It was Mumma. Oh my dear mother.
"What happened Mrs. Singh? Felt bad for your husband. Aww, you are such a lovely wife taking care of him but didn't think the same for about a two month old child that you left behind to die?" I said to her face but she didn't say anything and the lack of reaction only sparked my anger.
