"You!" Even before Veer could see it coming, he fell down from the bench and onto the hospital floor, he got shoved away and saw a punch making it's way upto him but the hand was stopped.

"Don't even dare." Rishi said and pushed Yug (Aahara's Daddu) away. He helped his father up but Veer didn't care, Aahara was in the Intensive Care Unit and nobody was telling him anything. Though he saw Kartika pass by them a few moments prior with his surgery gown and mask, he was praying for everything to turn out right.

"Dad calm down, you are not helping." Gaurav said while holding his furious Father back. Uma rushed to her eldest daughter-in-law and hugged her, tears streaming down her eyes along with Lavanya and Mriga, Gaurav's and Kartika's wives, trying to console her.

"It all happened because of you! How dare you hit my grandchild?" Yug screamed at Veer but didn't get any reply, only he knew what he was feeling, Veer was so blinded by rage that he made the mistake he did and now there was no turning back, he knew his Baby well, he messed up and he had to live with it.

"Dad calm down. This is a hospital for crying out loud!" Gaurav said and finally controlled the furious Don.

"Everything will be fine Sia, please calm down." Uma tried but to no wail, nobody would believe that it was the Queen of underworld crying like that, she was supposed to keep herself gaurded but she was doing the except opposite of that.

"Ma what should I do? My B-Baby thinks-s she is i-illegitimate." Sia finally managed and broke down again, while all the new arrival's eyes widened.

"What?" Uma couldn't help herself as more tears streamed down her face, she had planned so much for her grandchild's return and this was what she was hearing.

"Di everything will be alright. We will work something out. Aahara will be fine." Lavanya said but her words fell on deaf ears.

"Um-m Sir-r. There are too-o many o-f you a-all. We-e don't-t allow-w." The frightened nurse was cut short by Gaurav's glare.

"To help your case this hospital is my son's. Now get lost." Yug anything but growled at the Lady, who ran away without even looking at them again.

All of them were in the worst of their state, their light was in that room treated for something that shouldn't have happened in the first place and the fact that even after being so powerful none, absolutely none of them could do anything to help her was beyond frustrating for them.

Everybody was suffering in their own way, some decided to lock away everything while some couldn't even control themselves. Aaditya had his arm supporting his youngest son who was in the worst shape, it was his twin afterall and Aaditya knew even without Aahar admitting so, that he understood Aahara's pain the most, hurting himself along the way.

Aahar didn't even how he would face his twin once she wakes up, of all people he didn't have any doubt about her survival. He knew that she could win it, she had won the life she lived, what could a small piece of glass do to her? What he was worried about was that whatever relationship he had built with her seemed to have collapsed completely and he would rather take hundreds of bullets then look at Aahara's dead eyes ever again.

All of a sudden Aanan moved, he went and stood infront of his Dadi, then kneeled beside her, keeping his head on her lap. Uma didn't waste a second as she started stroking his hair, he had completely red eyes and once he felt the smoothing touch of his Grandmother his exhausted body gave out.

"Bhai!" Aadinew and Kain came to pick him up but he raised his hand and stopped them, wrapped them around his grandma's waist and hid his face in her lap. She looked up and shook her head at the two so they backed away, while the future King of Underworld sat on the ground without the tiniest bit of strength.
