"Dad?" Aahar looked at Dad, while another tear rolled down his cheek.
"Dad please don't." I begged my Father in his place, I couldn't let something like that happen. Never.
"I have decided." He said while he looked at Rowan standing infront of him, completely unfazed by his gaze.
Rowan had came with his Grandmother, his only living family left, he wanted his claim and he wasn't gonna waste much time.
"Heck you have decided! It's Aahar's life and you along with all these cowards know that you are ruining it!" I screamed, my voice cracked when I realised the gravity of Aahar's situation, his life truly would be over.
"Aahara-" Mumma tried but she didn't get to finish.
"Don't you dare, haven't you already ruined enough lives?"
"I don't-t wan-t to go. Please D-Dad." Aahar said, from behind me looking at Dad with pleading eyes but it was no use.
Afterall it wasn't our Father standing infront of us, it was the King of Underworld who couldn't be keep his claimed youngest son as it would be a disgrace. For someone to be claimed like Aahar was very shameful, it was to show how weak someone was and how they belonged beneath their owner.
"Why did you do it?" I asked looking at Rowan, after their talk I found out that he wasn't just a senior, but much older. The guy was eighteen for crying out loud, he was the son of the Don of Italy, someone Dad knew well.
"Ask your Father that." He said, his eyes stuck on Aahar who just flinched from the look.
"Why? You feel happy after ruining his life?" I asked as tears streamed down my face.
"No."
"Ma'am try to be reasonable, can't you just-" I tried to reason with the old Lady but she just shook her head, a look of clear indifference in her eyes.
"We need to leave." She said looking at her Grandson who nodded, I looked at all of my family and nobody showed any emotions.
If they won't, I will.
"I won't let you take him." I said but he didn't stop walking, soon Revan was standing infront of me, though he got tackled by some of Rowan's bodyguards.
"Step aside, Princess." He said and I glared at him, having to cane my neck, he was just addressed me but somehow it felt like mockery, it was a shame to be related to someone like my family.
"Fine." He looked at Aahar, with a look that was clearly to say do -as -I -say -or -someone -will -get -hurt.
Aahar side stepped me and went to take the hand offered to him, I held his other hand and he turned to look at me.
"Please don't. We will find someway. I wil-" I tried but he just shook his head, he smiled at me through his tears and I wrapped my arms around him. This was goodbye, at least from his side but I couldn't do it. No matter what, I couldn't, after Naani no one in my life was allowed to just walk away or be snatched.
"Calm down Baby Sis. I will be fine." He said and I just shook my head, his one hand wrapped itself in my hair as he stroked it gently.
"I am so sorry." I cried, repeating it like a broken record and he just shushed me.
"It's not your fault."
It was, had I just came to look for him earlier it wouldn't have been like these, I would have done something anything just to save my twiny. How would I ever forgive myself?
I gasped as my twin got pulled away from me, I watched as he was dragged away it was only when his face disappeared from my sight that my instincts kicked in, I went to run behind him but arms stopped me yet they weren't enough, I was thrashing so much that they knocked me down with their body weight.
