Chapter 23

Haven's POV:
The girls and I had finished shopping and Jamie was at home now with her friend apparently they are having a sleepover. But the girls and I had met up at the beach near our neighborhood we were sitting down on a towel catching up from our time spent apart. It was nice hardly anyone was there except a small family and a group of boys playing volleyball. This was perfect.

Channing's POV:
It was nice getting to see what the girls had been up to. A lot has changed I'm just the couple of months we have been separated. "So I say we spend this week wisely." Brooke said "What did you have in mind?" Kara asked "anything is fine with me. "I said laying back in the sand. "WATCH OUT!!!" I heard "what?" Crystal said looking around then when I looked up a volleyball was heading straight towards us from the air. Luckily it didn't hit anyone except for Christina's beach bag. "What the heck!?" Christina said taking out her bag making sure nothing was ruined "I am so so sorry." Said a boy with a small group of his friends behind him "oh it's fine no harm done." Haven said words were unable to come out of my mouth they were blocked by his beauty. His blonde hair swept perfectly along his forehead and his beautiful greenish-blue eyes were memorizing I could just melt and not to mention he had a pretty toned good looking body, but who could blame me it was like he was a God of beauty. Maybe I'm exaggerating but he looked pretty perfect to me. "Hey." He smiled as he noticed my long daze. Great now he thinks I'm weird "hey." I stutter standing on my feet realizing that the girls started talking to his friends. "Whats your name?" He asked softly. Even his voice made my knees weak "Uhmm Channing but you could call me Chan." I said "okay Chan, my names Severus." He said smiling bringing out his hand for me to shake. I gladly took it as we both smiled at each other. We had a long stare at each other taking in small details. Until one of his friends pulled him away. "Come on lover boy, time to go." His friend said "oh Uhmm okay, Ill see you around." Severus said giving me a wink before they had turned around. "So you in-love yet?" Haven questioned breaking my trance "of course not, there's just something about him." I said turning around taking my seat on the ground back "what ever you say but you are I-N-L-O-V-E." Brooke said "I know what that spells." I said playfully rolling my eyes. "oh we know." Kara said as they all took a seat. The day had passed by so fast laughs and memories were brought back at our time together. "I missed this the most," Crystal said "So did I." Christina agreed "how about we meet up at the library tomorrow after noon get a book and read it with some coffee and talk a little." Haven suggested "Sounds good! see you guys then." Kara said as we all got up and went our separate ways back home.

The next day came in a blink of an eye. I had finished getting ready and doing my makeup and hair. So I now was on my way to the library. I decided that I would walk my mom offered her car but its been a while walking down the streets of my home. "Hey." Crystal said as we both approached the library doors. "Hey." I smiled stepping into the library with Kara. "Haven is here." Kara said as I noticed haven by the coffee shop in the library. "Lets go then." I said

"You guys should go look at the books." Haven said "We will in a moment." Kara said "they have a really good selection." Haven said holding up a bible study book. "ill check right now." I said walking to the booms of my interest. As I was scanning the millions of books I heard a familiar voice. "hey." I turned around and saw it was Severus "oh hey." I said waving "what are you doing here?" He asked "Just picking a book and hanging with some friends." I said shrugging "oh cool, I brought my sister, she needs a book for research." He explained "You have a sister?" I questioned "yeah you should come meet her." He suggested "okay." I said walking next to him while he was leading the way, His hand brushed against mine as he swooped in a took it into his much larger hands. I acted like I didn't mind but in the inside fireworks were going off and butterfly's were roaming around. Chiché I know but it's true there's just something about him.
