Chapter 21

Haven's POV:

"Wake up!" I heard Kara say as her alarm went off. "No." I said throwing one of my extra pillows at her. "Stop wake up." She warned again "I don't want to." I said rolling over. "Fine." She said I smirked thinking that I won but instead she threw her hair brush at me and it hurt really bad. "Oww, what the heck Kara!!" I screamed "Shut up and just get up Haven." Violet said covering her head with her pillow. "Our flight leaves in 3 hours and we still need to get ready drive there and go through all that plane crap." Kara announced. "okay okay give me a second." I said dragging myself out of bed.

I finished in just 10 minutes. I had gotten dressed in a daisy sum dress with some black flats, light makeup and I curled my hair I applied lotion and perfume and deodorant and I was sitting down waiting for Kara to get ready. "Hey Haven go to the boys dorm and tell Mason to get ready." Kara said applying her makeup "why can't you do it?" I asked "Cuz I'm still getting ready we need to leave in a few and your already done." She said continuing her make up. "okay fine." I said grabbing my phone and walking out the door. "Im so glad it's spring break, I can't wit to see my boyfriend back home." I heard a group of girls chatter. I ignored them and their stares and continued my way to the guys dorm. Ever since Mason and I broke up I have been receiving multiple stares I guess is that everyone saw the pictures of Lee and I and of Mason kissing Emily. I don't see why people have to get in everyone else's business but their own. I thought as I came to the boys dormitory. I walk the couple of halls to the boys dorm and I was soon met with their door. I knocked lightly and waited for an answer. I knock again this time a little bit harder. I then heard rustling in the room then the door knob twisted. "Hello?" A sleepy Anthony answered "Good morning Anthony is Mason awake?" I asked "Uhmm yeah he's in the bathroom." Anthony groaned out stepping side letting me in the room. "Thanks." I said coming into the room it was actually clean not something you expect from college boys. "sorry if I woke you." I said realizing that Nathan and Preston were still sleeping "no you didn't Mason did when he woke up." Anthony said "oh okay, so you going anywhere for spring break?" I asked "yeah I'm driving up to Arizona to visit my family later today." He announced. "cool, what about them?" I asked pointing to Nathan and Preston. "Nathan is going to Washington to visit family and Preston is coming with me since we live in the same town." Anthony said yawning. "oh that's right you and Preston are like BFF'S." I said snapping my fingers. "you know it gurl." Anthony joked "Hey Anthony can I borrow a shirt." Mason said coming out of the bathroom shirtless "Uhmm Mason cover up we have a lady in the room." Anthony said covering my eyes. "Whatever it's not like she hasn't seen me shirtless before." I heard Mason say. "well that's gross, get a shirt from the closet." Anthony demanded. A few moments later Anthony released his hand from my eyes. "Thank you Anthony." I said "So why are you here." Mason rudely asked "Dude." Anthony said from my side "No it's fine, Uhmm are you ready to go Kara wants to head out now." I said "oh yeah give me a sec you can wait outside." Mason said getting his bag. "okay." I said as I walked out the room and closed the door behind.

Mason's POV:

"Dude, I already messed up." I said as I pulled my vans on. "No kidding try to at least be nice." Anthony said crossing his arms. "I will ill text and call you all week to keep you and the guys updated." I said as I grabbed my luggage and my carry on and said bye to Anthony then I went to go meet Haven outside. "you ready?" She asked as soon as I closed the door. "Yeah let's go." I said about to grab her hand but I caught myself before she could notice. "Okay let's go I texted Kara she said that she's already at the parking lot by her car." Haven said as she began to walk. I followed silently behind it was really awkward between us and I was afraid if I said anything it would make things worse. "so where is your bag?" I asked catching up to Haven "oh I left it in my room but Kara said she got my luggage." Haven explained giving a polite smile. "Haven I don't want things to be awkward between us." I announced "well i don't know how not to make it awkward." She said shrugging "what if we act like we never dated." I suggest looking down hoping she will say no. "I mean I guess maybe we were meant to be just friends." Haven said looking forward. "maybe so?" I said carrying out my sentence hoping she will change her mind. "Friends." She said looking ate smiling as we met Kara at the parking lot. "Friends." I told her pulling my fake smile on I wanted her to say, no can we please try us again. But no I think I went to deep.
