Chapter 18

Haven's POV

"I'm really sorry" Lee said turning to me after mason walked off. I just simply nodded and looked down part of me was broken and upset but the other half was guilty and full of jealousy. "it's fine I need to go." I said quickly "are you sure I can help you or we can just talk, I need to go to work in a bit tho." Lee offered "its fine go to work I do better when I'm alone I'm not much of a verbal person around people but by myself I'm a yapper." I explained trying to brighten the mood for me even tho it wasn't working. "okay as long as your okay here's my number just incase." Lee said smiling and walking off around the stampede of people. I sighed and walked to my dorm.

I reached my dorm room I dropped my bag on the side of my bed and opened my laptop I logged onto Skype and I called Christina, and Crystal. Brooke and Channing were still in classes by this time and usually Crystal and Christina are free.
A few rings had rung and they both answered. "hey Haven how's school?" Crystal asked "its okay how's everything back home?" I asked "egh same old same old, Crystal and I have our eyes on some boys that we saw at the beach." Christina explained "really?, tell me all about them." I asked "Uhmm we don't really know them all we know is that they are dreamy." Crystal drooled. "ha whatever you say." I laughed "so you and Mason?" Crystal brought up. "we sorta broke up well I broke up with him I think." I stuttered. "what why, does Kara know what about Channing and Brooke do your parents know." Christina asked in a rush. "it just happened I went to work with him the other day and he asked me to go tomorrow but I said I had plans which I did for an audition and he thought I was lying so today in math a new girl came and he was acting super friendly and I got ticked then he started saying sorry then apparently they made a date I stormed of and I texted him we are taking a break next thing I know he's sucking faces with the new girl." U longed "Wow lots of information, but I'm so sorry Haven it will just take time, he's probably super stressed with the movie and maybe this is best so you can focus on your music and college." Crystal said "yeah maybe." I shrugged "well we gotta run bye ttyl." Christina said "bye" I said as I signed off. I yawned loudly and leaned back on the cushioned chair and fell into a deep slumber.
