Chapter 29

Mason's POV:
I was nervous for tonight my heart was racing ten times as fast. I just need to tell her, Haven's amazing and I love her. She has to love me back right? I never let go of her hand as we approached the fountain. "So..?" She asked giving me a questioning look. "I have something to tell you." I said fiddling with the box inside my pocket with my free hand. "That doesn't sound good." She joked smiling. I smiled back at her "hopefully this is good." I told her looking down then into her eyes. I let out a huge breath. "okay well?" She asked I dictating for me to carry onto my question. I got down on one knee in front of her. He mouth hanged wide as she quickly covered it. "Haven I love you with all my heart, we have been through ups and downs. And we have helped each other through our hard times.I love you and I always will no matter what happens. I know that I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I want to grow old with you. I want to go through life with you by my side. Haven will you marry me?" I asked her bringing out the small box opening it revealing the diamond ring, I have been hiding for the longest time. She had tears streaming down her eyes. Hopefully they were tears of joy I waited only for a few seconds till I got my answer. I smiled brightly as she nodded her head yes. "yes." She let out bringing out her hand, having it shake. I chuckled a little but and steadied her hand slipping the ring on. "It looks beautiful." She said admiring it. I stood on my feet. "I love you.' She said kissing me sweetly on the lips. "I love you too." I said to haven holding her close. Kissing her forehead lightly. As we sat in silence enjoying the time we had.

Haven's POV:
As soon as Mason got on his knees and said his beautiful speech. I couldn't breath everything had fallen into place, Mason was my rock and he has been through everything with me. He's helped me when no one else could. I live him I truly do. And not just for what he has done for me but the little things. How he scrunched his nose up when he eats something gross, or when he get easily confused. Just when he smiles laughs. Drives me insane. But his heart and personality is what make me fall for him. And when I fall I'm not afraid of well falling because I know he will be there to catch me. "Yes." I answered feeling tears slip from my eyes. Tears of joy, mason and I are going to be happy and spend our life together going through ups and downs but we will be there for each other. Everything from that point on seemed perfect and it was. Mason had kissed me goodnight after dropping me off at my dorm room. "I live you, Haven." He spoke. "I love you too, Mason." I said kidding him on the nose. "you missed, sweetheart." Mason said smiling. "did I?" I questioned playfully. "you did." Mason answered "okay." I said Kissing him on the lips softly this time. "better?' I asked "better." He confirmed "goodnight." I said smiling "goodnight." He said kissing my lips again before leaving. I plopped on my bed sighing. "someone had a good night." Violet spoke surprising me. "yeah." I answered getting up wiping off my make up. And getting ready for bed. As soon as I hit the bed covers, my phone went off. I grabbed it and read the message from Mason "I love you beautiful, goodnight, see you tomorrow.😘❤" I smiled and replied back "love you too handsome. 😘💖" I set my phone down and went to bed.
