STUPID BLUNDER LITTLE HEART
She stopped and picked the stack of keys, from the mess. “Come, let’s go,” Paul said shoving the cleaver knife at the back of his pant. The loud banging sound, from the door, ahead of them suddenly caught both their ears.
“We should set them free,” she said.
Her right dislocated arm was bandaged with the Apex’s apron, straps that Paul had cut. “Please, Paul,” she begged.
Paul took out a deep sigh. “They deserve to be free,”
“Okay, now let’s be quick,” he finally gave in.
She smiled shortly nodding. She quickly led him to the door, using the key to open. “Come,” she said.
They both ran up the dark hallway. The seven unknow creatures seemed to sensed their presence as they started banging on their steel doors. “Give me the key,” Paul ordered Pamela who handed the stack of keys to Paul.
Paul headed for the first door shoving the key written no.1. He twisted the key open, a huge white fury creature which looked like a foul ran out, heading up the hallway cackling. Pamela’s eyes widened. Paul headed to the next door, opening it up. He opened all five which had bigger Apexes, 3m unlike the regular 2.5m, but they somehow seemed too brainless to function.
Pamela moved back snarling, her uninjured hand holding Paul’s arm, who was heading for the seventh room. The presence of the creature behind the door caught Paul’s attention. His body tensed as Pamela’s grip tightened on his arm.
He sides glanced at Pamela who was hiding behind him. He bravely shoved the key in the hole and twisted it. Slowly he moved back, waiting for what creature laid behind the closed door.
“Paul, we go,” Pamela whispered.
The door slowly slid open as a huge hairy foot with grubby long nails came to both their view. Slowly their eyes moved up the huge Ape, with huge black wings, tracing the wall and the claws at the edge of the wings, stepping out its chamber. Paul slowly moved backwards as its predator golden eyes stared at them, the smell of rotten flesh from inside its chamber filled the hallway. It was gigantic(5.3m), bigger than the brainless Apexes.
The sight of pilled bodies of Apexes inside its chamber caught Paul’s eyes, which widened. A memory of himself in the Grace orphanage reading about the very beast before them revisited his mind.
“Baphomet, creatures of the dark, known as the Dark Sorcerer’s ride. They are the most dangerous creatures, men or creature would come across. They devour on every living soul,”
“RUN!” he yelled, pulling Pamela by the arm and ran up the dark hallway crowded with the slow huge Apexes.
A loud roar escaped from the Baphomet setting harsh, terrible, smelling, wind on the two children and Apexes, while its ran for them.
Its huge wing’s claws running through every Apex on it path, sucking it them dry, into nothing but a skeleton, heading for the two children. “FAST PAM!” Paul yelled, heading for the half open door ahead.
The Baphomet’s huge wing headed for Pamela. Paul quickly stepped out the door, pulling Pamela out with him. The Baphomet’s wing’s claws violently dug on the door, its wings unable to move out the door.
Paul pulled Pamela close to him, his body tensed, his eyes on the Baphomet forcing it way through the door frame, which was slowly cracking. Unfamiliar footsteps approaching suddenly caught Paul’s ears.
He quickly pulled out the knife from the back of his pants, turning to face the door and that was when he met the unfamiliar man’s face with a heavily grown beard, which was pointing a shot gun at them. His hazel eyes widened, so did Paul’s eyes.
“Children,” the men mumbled in shock and disbelieve, before shifting his eyes on the huge creature which roared.
His eyes widened even more as he started showing bullets at the Baphomet. It roared in agony spreading it strong wings wide, breaking the walls.
The whole place started to lose balance as cracks spread throughout the walls. “Paul,” Pamela cried, pointing at the walls.
Paul’s eye widened. The Baphomet was clearly ravenous, for their soul. The ceiling started collapsing. “Paul, this way!” Pamela yelled, pulling Paul toward the metal lid on the wall, located just beside the corner of the oven and cupboards.
Paul quickly followed Pamela who opened the lid entering, so did Paul as the whole place started tumbling down. The two children slid down the cold smooth metal surface, while the walls of the circular tube they were in started tumbled from behind them. Their yells inside the circular tube echoed.
