ix. drunk daniel miseries

They have a newcomer in their class called Crystal Choi. She was outcasted instantly because of her looks. Daniel Park tried to approach her, but Crystal was obviously uncomfortable.

"I don't really like Daniel too. He stares a lot." Selina Choi walked up to her and held out a hand.

"Selina Choi, nice to meet you." She gave out a small smile.

"I'm Crystal Choi... Nice to meet you too." Crystal shook her hand.

Selina Choi. She was mostly friends with the group that has power, as she was mostly seen with Mira, Zoe, Yui, and sometimes Zack and even Daniel. Most girls and guys in their class said that she was pretty if she dresses up, which she didn't really do. She was always messy looking and sleeps a lot in class, which made her look average daily.

"But don't you and Daniel hang together?" Crystal asked.

"His first day of school, he kept staring at my back. I was annoyed." Selina grumbled, "I didn't have any friends in class and Mira tried approaching me. It was nice, so I'm friends with her now. But there's always Zack tagging along, and he used to hate Daniel. But now they're friends. And because of that, Zoe comes to the picture because she liked Daniel, and Yui developed a crush on Zack because he helped her one time. She comes into our group once in a while."

Selina chuckled as she recounted everything, then cringed. "Zack only has heart eyes to Mira though. He is disgustingly loyal and I have to commend him for it. Mira's so lucky, sometimes I'm jealous." Selina groaned.

"Do you like Zack?"

"As a friend? Yes. He's so fun to mess with. As a lover? Heck no. He's loyal but he's too..." Selina looked back at Zack who was clingy to Mira and shuddered. Crystal followed her eyes.

"Clingy?" She offered.

"Which sometimes isn't a bad thing but I'm sick of seeing him wagging his tail all the time, as funny as it is."

Crystal then asked the question.

"And do you have someone you like?"

Selina actually thought of that and hummed.

"Hmm... I like all my friends, but as romantically..." Selina's eyes looked away. "I used to. But we had a big fight so here we are."

"Oh..."

"But it's alright. My one and only true love is gaming anyways~" Selina playfully took out her phone and showed it to Crystal.

"I'm the top ranked player in any game I play. That alone is enough." Selina smiled sweetly.

"That's nice," Crystal smiled. Selina wasn't all bad.

Selina's phone notification then dinged.

"Oh, my best friend's asking for lunch. His name is Nathan Joo, want to join, Crystal?" Selina offered.

"No thank you, I'm quite fine on my own." Crystal politely declined. Selina sighed and patted her classmate's shoulder.

"Alright, it's your choice. But, if you ever want to join, we'll accept you with open arms, just so you know." Selina smiled, "I used to be lonely until someone reached a hand out to me. That someone was Nathan, and we've been best friends ever since."

"Thank you. Maybe I'll join you someday."

"Alright, see ya!"

Crystal hasn't been in class for a few days. Selina started getting worried, but it was satiated as Crystal's pretty looking sister came to class.

Vin Jin was asking out her number already, and all Selina would do was laugh as he got rejected. She took her notebook and playfully come up to him to tease him.
