xxiii. you can't fool me, you fool

Selina was damn lucky. One MCN had been there under her eye all along. They had sent her recurring e-mails and DMs trying to recruit her to be one of their streamers, considering Selina was the King of Kwitch with 3.5 million followers, and by herself she owns more than you could imagine, and that's only by her in front of her computer in her game room.

She had gone to school happy that day as she had e-mailed One MCN back saying she was interested in having a meeting to discuss their partnership. It was scheduled on the next day and Selina had planned a disguise so she remains anonymous.

Selina had come to One MCN wearing a red hoodie that had fire and dragon designs on it, her black fangs mask, a red skirt, her usual red ankle high converse, and a new red bucket had that she had bought. To complete the look, she had her clip on sunglasses on to hide her eyes. Safe to say she was unrecognizeable as herself, but recognizeable as the famous top Kwitch streamer, the Red Devil.

She was led to a fancy looking office and played a game on her phone as she waited for the Director for the interview, and Selina was feeling quite cocky.

The Director had arrived not long into her game, and he surprisingly looked quite young to be one. He was handsome and had this mysterious vibe around him. For an employee, he really does have a nice body.

"Hello, I'm Samuel Seo, the Director of One MCN." He introduced himself.

"RedDevilSC. Sorry, I'm in the middle of the game. I can listen while I play, so you can start." Selina tapped into her phone. Samuel had sat in his chair and examined the papers.

"RedDevilSC, King of Kwitch with 3.5 million followers. Average viewership of 100 thousand each stream, with at least 50 thousand subscribers per month..." Samuel recited.

"You really went all out in my analytics." Selina had mumbled mid sentence.

"Don't interrupt when I'm talking."

Selina's eyes went to look at the guy. He's really dominant huh... But that was kind of rude.

"Continue then," She mocked his tone, but Samuel seemed oddly calm and collected.

"You don't show your face but the viewers know you are a teen girl, since you've told them once before. The rest of your information are kept a secret. Here, you said your specialty is being the 'King of Games' and 'being relatable' to the viewers." He read the paper she had filled out. No private information and photo, though.

"Ah fuck!" Selina cursed as she died in game. Samuel had raised an eyebrow.

"Sorry."

"It seems that your personality is very entertaining, according to the viewers. They already love you. You play your games professionally, you curse and interact with your audience like they are your friends, give them advice and your opinions from their questions... And that's a few of the main reasons you're the top streamer of Kwitch and they come back to your streams everytime." He continued.

"Mhmm..." Selina finally closed her game, finally giving him attention. She managed to clutch at the very last minute. Selina leaned back on the chair and analyzed him as he read off the paper. She noticed a shiny badge he was wearing that seemed really fancy.

"You're already established and knowledgable in the streaming area too." Samuel had leaned forward and intertwined his fingers together. He looked at her seriously. "I'm going to be honest with you. We really want you onboard with us, Ms. RedDevilSC."

Selina held out her laugh at him saying her username. "Just Red Devil is fine. But why me? One MCN had really been badgering me to partner with them since a long time."
