"Hey, hey, it's gonna be okay, just keep breathing, buddy." Sam said from the passengers seat, spun around so that he could hold one of the younger blonde's hands in his own as Dean glanced back towards him every few seconds while liberally speeding home.
Wilbur nodded furiously, smoothing their brother's hair from his forehead and squeezing the hand not latched in Sam's. "You're gonna be okay. I've got you. We've all got you."
"I know. I know, I don't even feel bad. Are you sure those things are poisonous? I mean, it was just one flower. Kathy had an entire bouquet of them." Tom exclaimed, leaning back against the green-haired teen and crossing his arms over his seatbelt.
In the driver's seat, Dean glanced again in his review mirror. "Was she touching the flowers directly?"
"Well, no, but-" The short blonde cut himself off, coughing into his elbow with his eyebrows scrunched up.
"But nothing, Tommy, okay? Just trust us. If we get it now, while it's early, you won't get all that sick. But we have to be quick." Sam said, squeezing the youngest's hand once more before pulling away and looking at the road. "So do us all a favor and cooperate? Just this once?"
Thomas shook his head, coughs dying out as he laid back against Wilbur, who's eyebrows scrunched together at the heat starting to steadily emit from their brother.
"Tom? You still doing okay?" They asked, lifting their hand once again and setting it briefly against his hot forehead.
The blonde paused, and then shook his head, green eyes starting to cloud as he wrapped his arms around himself. "I'm cold."
Wilbur looked up to the dash of the impala, where the heat was on full blast.

As they pulled up to the apartment complex, Sam sprung out of his seat, moving to the back and gently pulling open the door. Dean put the car in park and ran for the stairs, presumably to unlock the door and set up a spot for the other two to drop Tommy upon their entrance. The green haired teen in the backseat rubbed his brother's shoulder, who blinked slowly and breathed deeply through his nose, partially hunched over and clutching the side of his stomach loosely.
"Okay. Okay, on three, me and your brother are gonna help you out of the car, Tommy, okay?" Sam said, gently placing a hand on the shorter blonde's back and looking behind him to Wilbur, who nodded and prepared to stand. The taller twin looked down when the pair did not gain a response from the shorter blonde, shaking his head upon seeing that their brother's eyes were closed.
The older blonde took a deep breath, pulling gently on the back of the younger's shirt. "One." Wilbur scooted forward so that Tommy was mostly out of the car, only one leg and body weight keeping him in. "Two." Sam twisted his arm around Tom's back, Wilbur doing the same on his other side. "Three."
The two pulled Thomas to his feet, one on either side, supporting his weight on their arms. He groaned painfully, head lolling onto his brother's shoulder. The green haired teen frowned in sympathy, readjusting his grip so as to not squeeze too tightly into his stomach. "Sh, I know, Toms. It's gonna be okay. We've just gotta get upstairs, and then we'll fix you, alrighty?"
Again gaining no response from their twin, Wilbur bit their lip and walked forward, Sam moving with them in order to not jostle the injured teen too much as the group made their way to the staircase which led to their apartment. Making it to the foot of the stairs, Sam paused, briefly letting go of the younger blonde to go first up the stairs so that he could turn and act as support for him as they climbed up. Wilbur went last, hands out and ready to catch their brother should he stumble and fall back down the steps. Above them, Dean stood waiting at the door, arms crossed but eyebrows raised as he waited to see if they needed help getting up the staircase.
