Mia POV

6 months pregnant

I'm sat on the sofa at Lisa's, Luca is curled into my side with his hand on my growing bump. Chris is lay down with his head on my lap, talking to my bump. He is explaining the world to my baby apparently and I can't help but laugh. The baby likes his voice, they are constantly kicking whenever he talks. It's been so nice the last month to have him and the Evans family supporting me and helping me through this.

We are pulled from our peaceful bliss by Chris's phone ringing.
"Hello" he says while sitting up
"Shit! Babe I'm so sorry. I'll be there as soon as I can"
He hangs up and rushes around the find his keys "I completely forgot to pick up Lucy. I've gotta go. I'll see you guys later. Come on Luca"
"Coming"
They rush out the door and I'm left feeling alone, Scott sits down next to me and wraps his arm around me.

"Are you okay?"
"I was kind of used to the........normalcy of us but I guess that's over now"
"I'm sorry Mia"
I shake my head and get up of the sofa "I'm going to head home"
"Mia you don't have to leave"
"I know I just......I'm tired"
He nods "will you be okay on your own?"
"I'll be fine"
I kiss his cheek and then go to say bye to Lisa before driving home.

Who was I kidding, as much as I have loved this last month, chris isn't mine. He has Lucy and I'm on my own. It's just me and little one and I'm going to have to get used to that. I decide to take a nice long hot bath. I need to relax a bit and that's my favourite way of doing it.

Chris POV

I rush to the airport feeling so much guilt that I left Mia alone. It's been nice this last month, to just have that time with her and see her bump growing. I know Luca has loved spending his time with Mia and it's been a good familiar feeling. As I pull up I see Lucy looking pissed.
As I get out I rush over to her "I'm so sorry"
"It's fine. Can we just go?"
I nod and kiss her cheek before grabbing her bag and putting it on the boot.

"Hey Luca"
"Hi Lucy"
I reach over and take her hand "I missed you"
She smiles and squeezes my hand "I missed you too. Both of you"
We drive in silence back to my house, I take her bag inside and she goes to shower. I grab my
Phone quickly and pull up Mias number. I want to make sure she is okay. It rings a few times before she answers.

"Hey"
"Hey, everything okay?"
"Yeah just taking a bath. My back is killing me"
"I'm sorry how we just up and left"
"It's okay. Lucy needed you"
"I know but still....."
"Please don't worry about it chris"
"Are you sure your okay?"
"Yea. I'm just going to relax for a while and then order some food"
"Okay. Call me if you need me okay?"
"I promise"

"Okay. Goodnight Mia"
"Goodnight chris"
We hang up and I take a deep breath. As much as I'm happy to have Lucy back. At this moment I kind of wish I was with Mia. I know that's not right or okay. But I have loved this last month with her. Lucy is great but I'm starting to think that maybe she isn't the one I'm meant to be with. Maybe the one for me has been in front of my face for the last 4 years and I just haven't taken notice.
