Chapter 21

Seungkwan Pov:

"KIM MINGYU HURRY UP!" I yelled down the basement stairs.

I waited as the sounds of metal, crying and heavy breathing reached my ears. Trying not to step on any pools of blood that would ruin my fresh suit I descended into the basement otherwise known as the torture room. I sighed as I saw a crazed Mingyu grabbing the chin of a sobbing handsome, freckled-faced male.

"WHERE IS SHE?" Mingyu roared, pressing a knife into his captive's neck.

The man who was bound to the chair whimpered before looking back up, eyes darkening.

"I don't know. And even if I did I would never tell you, bastard!"

"Mingyu . . . we have to leave for school soon." I muttered rolling my eyes at the display of human cruelty in front of me.

"Oh Seungkwan. You're here? I guess Felix here will have an audience while I prepare a little beautification procedure for him." Mingyu chuckled.

I watched as the taller man reached for a scalpel and grabbed Felix's jaw forcing it open.

"You don't want to talk? Well then I guess I'll make that habit permanent."

Felix's eyes widened and Mingyu forcibly pulled out his tongue and in one clean move chopped the muscle off.

"AHHHHHHHHH!"

"I'm going to school and when I'm back I want you to be ready to write out the location where Park Aera is. Understand? Otherwise it's going to be a long and painful night!"

I sighed. I couldn't take any more of this. Felix clearly didn't know anything. Why couldn't the stupid giant understand that?

"C'mon we're going. Now."

Grabbing Mingyu's arm, I dragged the male up the stairs into the living room.

"Get changed. S.Coups will want us outside in 10."

As he left I suddenly noticed a familiar figure sitting on the couch.

"JUN?"

"Hello Boo Seungkwan."

I quickly plopped myself next to the Chinese member.

"What are you doing out of bed? You need to rest!" I scolded.

"I'm fine. I told Jeonghan that I was going to take it easy. I'll mostly be sitting, and not doing strenuous activities like gym class."

I nodded slowly.

"If you say so."

Jun sighed.

"How do you think she's doing?"

'Hmm?"

"Aera."

"Oh. . . well she must be scared. She did get kidnapped from us."

Jun was silent.

"You do realize we kidnapped her first right?"

"What are you trying to say?" I retorted.

"Dunno. I guess I'm hoping that she's happier right now. She was pretty depressed while staying with us."

"I don't understand why! We gave her gifts and attention." I murmured.

"She didn't want that Seungkwan. She wanted freedom."

"We gave her that!"

"Chaining her to a wall and crippling her is giving her freedom?" Jun asked, eyes darkening.
