Lily Pov:

It was eerily cold as I stood still in the tall grass that was littered with dozens of broken stone statues. They were like dolls, cracked and shattered. For some reason I thought of Aera. Were the Seventeen members trying to break her like these sculptures? From within my mind I heard Haewon's voice.

"Lily? Where are you? Kyujin and I are on a generator already and Aera's gone out looking for you!"

"Sorry! I'll make my way over to you guys now!"

As I sped over a sudden sound reached my ears. It was a clean and loud whistle. The noise sounded again more melancholy and sad than the last. I gulped. Whoever that was, I didn't want to deal with them. I soon arrived at where Kyujin and Haewon were.

"How's the gen progress, guys?" I asked squatting down to aid in the repair.

"We're more than halfway done!" Kyujin grinned.

A few minutes later and the machine sprung to life, rumbling smoothly.

"Nice!" Haewon exclaimed.

"Did you guys finish one?" Aera's voice asked from inside my mind.

"Yes!"

"Fuck. Jeonghan's heading over to you guys. Remember! He has a strong teleport ability. Cut his line of sight and use pallets!"

Just as Aera finished there was a loud whooshing sound and we all screamed as Jeonghan appeared with a bloody hacksaw in his right hand.

"RUN!" Haewon yelled.

I followed Kyujin when she suddenly stopped running, screeching to an abrupt halt.

"What are you doing?" I yelled.

"It's a dead end! Head right!" She replied, turning on her heel.

I tried to follow but gasped as a sudden pain exploded from my back. Blood dripped onto the ground, trailing behind me as I stumbled away, the whistles of Jeonghan echoing in my ears. I glanced up and breathed a sigh of relief as I saw Aera and the rest of the girls catching their breath. Haewon immediately rushed over when she saw my bleeding form.

"What the hell happened?"

I shook my head and collapsed on the ground clutching my bleeding gut.

"Jeonghan." I muttered.

"Guys huddle up and wave your arms over her in a counter clockwise direction.' Aera ordered standing up.

"Why?" Kyujin countered.

"The Entity gave us survivors the ability to heal each other but it will take a quick minute so hurry up!" Aera explained.

I groaned as the three girls began the restoration process. Strangely the wound did seem to be closing, and the pain was indeed diminishing. Just when the healing was about to be finished, I heard it. A familiar whistle. Shit.

"He's here! Scatter!" Aera yelled.

I groaned and struggled to my feet. The girls had been unable to finish the heal so I was still injured. Crap. I heard the woosh of a blade nearly missing my back once again. Of course Jeonghan was chasing me. I was the injured one while the other three were at full health. As I continued to limp around I suddenly felt a familiar tingling feeling in my body. A bright light glowed around me and I smiled. The map was changing. I glanced behind me at Jeonghan and blew a kiss to the loser.
